It was an amazing event. They made it feel special for my friends birthday which was really appreciated. I believe spoke briefly with the manager and she was very kind as well.

Rachel did a fantastic job and we will certainly be back just to have her as a server. Great job!!!!

The overall experience was wonderful! The elevator ride up was interesting but once upstairs everything was really beautiful! The staff was courteous and attentive. We we seated quickly since we had reservations. The cuisine was excellent and prepared in excellent time!

This experience was poor from entry through the valet service, food, ambience, and ending with additionally, a very bad exit experience with valet.

We had a lovely evening however for whatever reason the restaurant was super duper cold, borderline uncomfortable. We should've asked to be removed because we are right underneath an air vent that blew the entire time.

The lady Who assigned us seating status of the table for two people. There were only two of us, but I asked if we could have a larger table that set for people. She said no sarcastically like take what I give you. It took us approximately two hours to eat and in those two hours I saw five tables near me that would hold four people and only two people were sitting there. The food was excellent. The service is excellent, but the front desk has an attitude. Also the table was not big enough to hold the champagne bucket so we put on the floor.

Enjoyed celebrating our 30th anniversary. Sat outside and watched the sunset. Was the perfect atmosphere

Amazing experience at Fahrenheit! We dined around 5:45 outdoors..great time to experience daylight and the sun setting. Our Server, Lillie, was WONDERFUL! She was very attentive and friendly. The food was DELICIOUS.

Accommodating staff, good food ,cool vibes. Staff was friendly and helpful while still attending other guests.

Been here multiple times. The service is always top shelf. Can beat the views. We brought family here for their first visit and the manager facilitated getting us a table outside. Must dine location when in Charlotte.

As two visitors to Charlotte for the first time, we were un anointed in the local dining scene. With a recommendation from a friend to Fahrenheit, we can say now that we likely have seen the best this city has to offer. The caliber of not only the locale; but the ambience and cordiality of the waitstaff as well were paramount. Our server Graham went above and beyond to make our experience a welcoming as well as satisfactory one. With his expertise (and much-valued insight and recommendations into off-menu options), we feel safe to say that we will be ecstatic, obligated even to return to Fahrenheit on our next trip to the lovely Queen City with this restaurant as its Crown.

Super disappointed this past weekend. We have been to Fahrenheit several times and always enjoyed the meal, the service and the view. This past Saturday we made reservations for our small family for 630pm- well before the Saturday night crowd- purposely so that we could enjoy the view as a family and not be in the way of anyone’s good time later on in the evening. We were seated outside- but the music was blasted so loud- and was more appropriate for perhaps the after 10 crowd - it made the setting unpleasant. We had two servers, one clearly being trained which we appreciate. There were a few things on the dish that we asked if we could substitute (ie a baked potato rather than miso mashed) . The trainer was lovely and mentioned that he would ask the kitchen but the trainer seemed annoyed and quickly said- no. It did not seem like a huge ask. We always considered it an upscale restaurant-and dressed appropriately. There appeared to be more people just up taking photos- super casual- not there for a meal. All in all- not the same place as it was the last time we were there. Disappointed.

I am a person who cooks often and I can taste the ingredients in almost anything I eat ; the spare rib was one of the best tasting meats I had ever placed in my mouth . The wine was overpriced in my opinion for the brand but that was to be expected. It was my birthday so my husband indulged . The server had an amazing personality but he was new and struggled a tad bit with the opening presentation of the wine. There was a family that entered and had a small child that cried a bit much and it put a damper on the mood but that was out of the control of the restaurant. Outside was wet but I liked that we were allowed to still venture out for pics. I was also given a complimentary slice of birthday cake. I was overall most impressed with my meal . Perfection!

Came here for my birthday and absolutely loved it! The vibe was perfect and the food was amazing. Such a great first-time experience, definitely coming back 🤗

In town for work and for our last dinner in town this place was a perfect. Loved the vibe and great sunset pictures while enjoying drinks on the terrace after dinner. Our group ordered a bunch of plates to share and it was the perfect mix of things to try.
