Shame on you Fahrenheit - just watched the unfortunate story on WBTV 👎

The food and ambience were immaculate. I had the seared scallops, cooked to perfection. My friend really loved her censored banana cocktail and the ribeye was jaw dropping delicious. Our server Shannon made our night well worth it. She was very attentive and had answers to all our questions both food and cocktails. Definitely will return and I’ll be asking to sit with Shannon

Shannon is amazing! She is an epic bartender/server. Everything came out efficiently and so well plated. She explained each dish impeccably and answered every question. I can't wait to come back and only Shannon can serve me!

They were “out of pizza” which is certainly frustrating. Instead of ordering two of those and paying about 60 bucks, we basically forced to order the expensive entrées (about 60 per person) or find somewhere else to eat. It goes without saying that the drinks and the view were wonderful.

Went here for a networking event so didn’t eat but definitely drank . Drinks are good but VERY pricey. $15 and up. Mostly $20. I assume they upcharge for the view bc it’s one of the best in Charlotte .

We were celebrating a friends birthday and the food and atmosphere were great we laugh all night. A great evening

We were there on a Saturday night and had a blast! The bartenders were GREAT! They were fun and really took care of us! Our server was very good as well. I ordered steak and mashed potatoes- it was delicious!!! My daughter had a rib appetizer which she loved! After dinner I grabbed a drink from the bar and we sat on the deck and took pictures- amazing night skyline!!

Honestly, a trip to Chilis would have been more satisfying. I’ve never left a review for any establishment before, but this experience was awful considering the price point. The view at the restaurant was nice, but the service was terrible and the food was cold and flavorless. Our server was very helpful, and I don’t blame him at all for our bad experience. However, we waited over an hour for food, and all of our plates were cold and didn’t taste very good. It was very disappointing. At over 100$ per person, I would at least hope to get warm food. We also didn’t receive a refill on our waters until after everyone had finished their meals. Our table was sharing water glasses amongst ourselves just to get a drink. We had to wait 20 minutes after we received our cold food to ask for a side of sauce, which should have came included with the meal according to the menu. I can understand a busy night and slow service, but it is so frustrating to spend hundreds of dollars for a plate of cold, dry, and flavorless food.

I am amazed at the high quality and excellent service offered at Fahrenheit. My friend's and I definitely enjoyed ourselves with strong drinks and good food. Dylan was our wonderful waitress who took care of us tonight. Nothing but praise for Dylan and Fahrenheit!

I went to Fahrenheit for my birthday and it was absolutely worth it. Although the food wasn't the best I ever had, the atmosphere was absolutely worth it. I made sure to get there during sunset, so the view was absolutely breath taking. This restaurant is on the more expensive side, so I only like to go for special occasions.

Had the pleasure of coming to Fahrenheit with some close friends and later meeting some other professionals for an event.

Appreciate the atmosphere, curated menu for happy hour, and what I would hope for the level of service.

Arrived around 5:30pm at the main bar corner not acknowledged with a guest for sometime 11 minutes to be exact and had to ask for a menu despite everyone around us being taken care of and one bartender noticed and brought us as menu as he noticed this situation.

Gotten taken care of no problem despite initial experience. Closed out later got a round of 3 drinks totaling $80 plus and asked why $4.00 upcharge for an Basil Hayden old fashion, Luna tequila pineapple, and Tito’s martini which was reasonable question since with gratuity and a 1.5oz pour coming to $21.60 and $1.00 per olive as described by the bartender Addie. Please do not get an attitude or have unbecoming disposition when asked a valid question since there was no communication of an up-charge upfront as for someone who is 40+ plus years old who drinks a old fashion at various places in Charlotte, asking that’s all.

I respect all business by far however this level of customer service is unacceptable at this price point and literally asked of a gentlemen was a bar lead or manager because of our initial experience upon sitting as he was very aware of what was going on.

Please do better especially when hosting professional events and customers have spent $300 individually for drinks and appetizers despite posted picture of what’s stated above.

This was my first time experience at Fahrenheit. It was 100% amazing food, drinks and ambiance was wonderful! Loved to celebrate my 30th birthday there! Jose was the sweetest and very attentive!

Dietary restrictions: Jose asked us if we had any dietary restrictions which was super awesome!
