Fahrenheit Charlotte

Fahrenheit in Charlotte offers a stunning atmosphere with great views and delicious food. We had the pleasure of being served by Mercury and Sunshine, who were both incredibly attentive and made our dining experience feel special. Their friendly service truly stood out. The only downside was the dress code expectations. We made an effort to follow what we understood to be a smart casual dress code, but it seemed many other guests didn't follow the same standard. It was a bit off-putting and took away from the elevated vibe we were expecting. Overall, the service and ambience made for a memorable night, and we appreciate the care that Mercury and Sunshine put into making our visit enjoyable.

Celebrated a friend's birthday and Sunshine was our server! Great service.....very friendly and prompt service.

It was a horrible experience I won't go again and I don't recommend it for anything in the world, that place is pure fame

Extremely slow service, our server disappeared for long periods of time like half an hour several times, when we ordered dessert to go, we were later were told that, unfortunately, it was given away to someone else, and had to be made again. Eventually, the manager resolved the problem and gave us a credit, everyone was very nice. Just things were a bit chaotic

First time having dinner in a rooftop and we didnt regret it. The service is outstanding, prices are as expected in places like this one. Emma was an amazing waitress, she explained everything in detail and she made sure we were satisfied with everything.

Not going back food tasted like I should've just cooked at home and the server should have been a robot I feel like that would have been better

Mason is a great waiter. Very informative and nice to talk to. Took time to take our pictures. Highly recommend asking for him specifically.

This was our 2nd time going. Definitely better than the first time (our waiter this time was more friendly and personable) Great experience overall. Our waiter Dylan was awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Will definitely go back!

This was my first trip to Fahrenheit. I am very impressed with the location ambience and food. The white staff was very attentive. The food was very good, not exceptional, but very very good

Overall the total experience was okay. The staff was friendly and respectful. The best part of Fahrenheit is the atmosphere. Other than that the food was mediocre for the price and it took forever to get to us. I've experienced better.

Excellent place for a special occasion! The views were wonderful and the personnel were very attentive and courteous.

It was an amazing event. They made it feel special for my friends birthday which was really appreciated. I believe spoke briefly with the manager and she was very kind as well.

Rachel did a fantastic job and we will certainly be back just to have her as a server. Great job!!!!
