What an overrated restaurant. This restaurant gives outdoor seating vibes vs “rooftop” if you catch my drift.

Per the other reviews, small portions for the price is very accurate. The MOST disappointing thing for a restaurant of “this caliber” is they fry EVERYTHING in the same grease. So IF you have a SHELLFISH ALLERGY like I do, you won’t be able to eat anything fried, to include french fries!! Being plant based fries are typically a safe bet when at restaurants that aren’t plant based friendly. But frying everything in the same grease just seems very irresponsible. I order “spaghetti squash” which was 10 noodles sautéed in greasy, salty veggies. Absolutely NOT worth the price!

If you want a rooftop vibe I suggest you head over to Market & Trade, which is where we went immediately after we left Fahrenheit to actually get the “rooftop vibe”. Their small menu offered more plant based friendly options and the staff was amazing!! We were able to see the fireworks from the baseball field across the street! They saved my night!

Imani was so nice and such a breath of fresh air. She made sure we had everything we needed. We had to send the food back because of an error we made, and she brought it out and it was better than when we first received it. Service was a 10/10 and I can’t wait to come back again. Hopefully we can get her again.

Worst food and service ever….
Server was horrible Nichole B didn’t even say her name and we didn’t know it until the check was printed. She was very unattractive barely came to the table we ordered off of the kings and queens feast so I guess the already added service charge means the server doesn’t engage or check on the table we had to ask for three different people to get her to come to the table but she made sure to stand over us as we paid that was the most attention she gave us the entire service there was so many plates left on the table and the food….. for 100 plus dollars the food was a 5 at best every was either under seasoned or bland the only decent thing was the bread and dynamite shrimp. Waste of money time and very underwhelming won’t be back.

Went here tonight with my family, and I must say it was incredible! Our server Mariana was very attentive and friendly. The food was top notch, and everyone loved the atmosphere. We really enjoyed our visit. Thank you!

I tried to book a table with them since Tuesday and never got a response. One girl told me they would call me that same day or the next. I waited and called again on Thursday, a day before the event, because I needed to have a backup plan in case they couldn’t give me a table — but I still didn’t get any answers. All they told me was that the lady in charge of reservations had seen my name.

It’s worth mentioning that I had also sent an email with all my information days earlier, and their website says they respond within 24 hours. That’s false — they never confirmed anything. Yesterday, the day of the event, I had to make other plans last minute because they never had the decency to let me know they didn’t have a table or simply weren’t going to help me.

FOOD IS A 10/10 DRINKS ARE ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! THE ROCK SHRIMP IS DELICIOUS AND THE LOBSTER DUMPLINGS ARE FIRE!!! MUST STOP IF YOUR HERE IN CHARLOTTE!!! Also thank you sunshine for your professional service and bubbly attitude, kept us cheery and brought the mood up!

Come for the views not the dinner. Disappointing dining experience with below average food and poor service. I recommend coming for bar drinks and appetizers, they were great! But steaks were all undercooked and cold, server was not attentive to our table at all and no manager ever came by.

The service here was amazing, our girl Rachel was great with the shellfish allergy at the table. Although the menu doesn't have a lot of options for this because they fry things in the same oil, she was super helpful to make sure the meal was safe. The drinks were fantastic as well. We took pictures on the rooftop and the golden hour lighting was fab. Little expensive but also great for a celebration.

This place never disappoints! Food was excellent and the service was quick, professional, and very friendly.

We had the best time at our dinner! This was our first time here and we loved it. The food and drinks were delicious and our server Sunshine was amazing! She walked us through the menu, answered all of our questions and made wonderful recommendations. We will definitely be back!

I made the reservation for my daughter's birthday for 8 pm on 6/24/25. Somebody brought us water , 15 min later somebody got me a glass of wine. It took our server (Cedarian) over 20-25 minutes to make it to our table and without saying good evening or apologizing for the wait he just asked if we were ready to order lland we did. We ordered sushi and pork Chop which I asked to be very well done As I looked around every table had bread and was well taken care of. As we were waiting for the food I asked him for some bread. Food came out my pork chop was looking pretty burned but I wouldn't complain because I asked for well done. Half way through it I saw it was completely raw on the inside and burned on top . Didn't get attention from the server for a long time. Bread came as a “dessert” instead before the meal. Finally server came to the table and I showed him the pork chop. He took it away. Manager stopped by the table to ask me what had happened and told me she was going to talk to the kitchen and come back. At this point I was just ready to go. Few minutes later she comes back to let me know she talked to them ... like so what.... She offered dessert or complementary glass of wine but at this point I was so disappointed by the service that I just asked her to bring my check. She never came back. I also asked the server for the check he never came back either. So I just had to go to the server's stand and ask one of the other servers to print my check. Overall service was horrible, i left hungry and still paid full price for my meal. The view was amazing but I believe the restaurant should give you the service you expect for the price you pay.

The food was amazing but it took an hour for the appetizers to arrive which was strange because it wasn't really that busy of a night. Everyone working there was super nice but there was a private event behind our table that was super loud and then people were crowding around our table. Also 3 more ounces of wine was $9 more (for just a $15 glass originally) so if it matters just ask and make sure you know the price before ordering. Overall wouldn't go again.
