Famous Toastery isn’t a place to go if you just want food. Famous Toastery is a place to go when you’re homesick and want that feeling of getting a soul fulfilling breakfast on a Saturday morning while cartoons play on the television. Famous Toastery is the place to go when you’re unsure about life and need something to ground you. Is every aspect of the restaurant perfect? No, but nothing ever is. The beauty of Famous Toastery comes from the relatable staff who have an infectious happiness. Drew is a gem, a treasure disguised as a normal everyday person. I would trust him with my home, my family, and my life. Don’t expect to be blown away, expect to never want to leave because you’re home.

Fun place, good drinks, food was mediocre. Was excited that they have real maple syrup. But the eggs were way over cooked. Our server, Terrence was great. However when our food came out, he was busy with a couple of new tables so not worth waiting to get new eggs. Definitely not a place to go if you are in a hurry.

Worst breakfast experience I’ve ever had. Hands down. 30 minute wait. After we (a table of 4) were seated, we waited 20 minutes for a server. No one came. Eventually we waved someone down who was able to take our order. Then he disappeared. We then waited an additional 30 minutes, as we were giving them the benefit of the doubt. At this point, our drinks were empty and the coffees we ordered 45 mins prior, had still not arrived. We then waved down a different individual and he eventually brought out our coffees. At this point, if has been an hour since we sat down. Another 30 minutes go by. At this point we’re pretty frustrated and ask yet another server about our order. She explains that they could not find the table who ordered it and eventually brought it out. It was ice cold and 2/4 orders were completely wrong. I was so over this place at this point. We spent almost 2 hours at a place I will NEVER return to. Management needs serious help and the owners should be ashamed of how they run a “business”. Awful experience. Would rate lower if possible. DO NOT EAT HERE.

I placed a togo order and my shrimp and grits looked ate out of. a piece of rubber was also found inside of them. my pancakes were NASTY! and i don’t even know how that’s possible. however the waiter who took my order was really sweet. but i dont recommend
