Nashera was so nice and on top of things!!

I've Always Enjoyed Famous Toastery Arysley location. Outstanding service, excellent hospitality and Nashera is Amazing all the time. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Ordered online but decided to eat in instead and am axtremely glad I did! I had the absolute pleasure of having Nasera as my server, and she was phenomenal! I was met and greeted upon entry with the utmost professionalism. The atmosphere and attitude was joyful and customer focused. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros which was delicious! I love a great customer service experience and can definitely tell that this location strives to deliver.

Food was not good, and list of complaints:

1: One of three of my pancakes had coffee spilled on itself.
2: An egg and cheese omelet was soggy somehow.
3: Couldn't have orange juice, when we were ordering, but there was some later, after we ate.
4: had to ask for silverware after our food arrived.
5: had to ask for kids menus.
6: all 9 people in our party either did not get something they ordered, or they never got it.

Once again, service was not good.

Would recommend for people who want the worst service.

Only thing that was good was my pineapple juice.

Today we had ordered online to pick up food at 12:49 PM. My nephew went to go pick up the order around 1 o’clock. It wasn’t ready. They gave our order to someone else then he had to wait another additional 30 minutes for them to cook our food and they didn’t even offer a refund for their mistake. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager, and she was rude first of she doesn’t know how to handle the volume of customers they have at that location or short-staffed whatever the reason hung up on me mid sentence…(And said that I need to get with the general manager tomorrow) didn’t give me a name that give me the email address nothing unprofessional service and attitudes.
There’s no way to reach the general manager because it’s not posted online at all. This location has given me issues in the past in 2020 and I won’t be back ever again! They need to learn from South Park location. They don’t screw anything up because they have competent people working for them or know how to handle their mistakes. The quality of food is crap compared to the other locations as well! Get a professional staff at this location!

Hi Jason, she did not try to fix it. She putme off onto the general manager to deal with it tomorrow and did not give me the name for tomorrow to deal with it and hung up on me. When I called back, the girl who answered said she was too busy to deal with this. You can try to twist it any you want to it was unacceptable. I’ve been in management and retail and never treated my customer customers that way.

Great breakfast place! TONS of tasty options. I had the Toastery Bowl with sausage and sausage gravy. The breakfast potatoes are a delight; wonderful "real" potatoes rather than the frozen manufactured kind.
Hubby had the huevo ranchero and it was gone before I could nab a taste!
I only wish we had gone later so I could sample their breakfast drinks, which are not available before 10 due to local laws (I probably didn't need a mimosa at 9 am anyway ?).

The staff here is ABSOLUTELY excellent!! Phinae and Micheal were phenomenal and so friendly and made sure our cups were constantly filled and our meals were delicious!!
