We went here today for the first time ever and it will definitely be the last.For the price I paid for my family and I to have brunch, I expected a lot better service and tastier food.The hosts did not greet us with a smile and the service overall from everyone was impersonal. Even though it wasn't crazy busy, our food took 45 minutes to reach our table. Not once did our server or anyone else check on us or offer any refills. Just a very underwhelming experience and for the $85 , I expect top notch service. I still tipped 30% because I used to serve and can't see myself tipping less than. Just wanted to post to tell you that you need to train your servers and hosts to know how to give great customer service. Won't go back.

What a delightful little place. The staff were very nice. The coffee was excellent. The orange juice is fresh squeezed. That is really the way to go with oj. More places should do it that way. The food was fantastic. The biscuits and gravy was awesome. The grits were amazing. Everything tasted scratch made. Next time I'm in Charlotte I'm definitely coming here for breakfast

Have to say, Ive eaten at several Famous Toastery locations and this one by far, whoever was cooking did a perfect job constructing my omlette. I know that sounds petty but this was a well executed omlette! And the breakfast potatoes were cooked perfectly as well, as in not burnt to a crisp.

I've only ordered online from this location and it was a good experience. It was at Ayrsley near a big open area, so I sat outside at a picnic table. I enjoyed the Buffalo chicken wrap and fruit.I didn't have the full dining experience so I can't comment much on the atmosphere except when I went in to get my food I noticed it did look a bit dark inside.
