The quality of the food has gone down hill since we were here last. We probably won't go back.

Our server Joe was great. Food was also good but the avocado omelette would be better with the avocado on top instead of inside with everything else.

Today's brunch was amazing! I created my own omelet with shrimp, tomatoes, spinach, onions, mushrooms, avocado and goat cheese and THEY NAILED IT! My grits were a little cooler than I like but the omelet made up for it.

Today was my first time eating at Famous Toastery. I had the French toast combo. The food is extremely overpriced for the amount and quality that was received. With that being said I would not revisit this franchise and will continue to take my business to SNOOZE CAFE.

Waitress left us at our table for 15 minutes and never came to get our order, had to leave the restaurant for them to notice us. If you want a roll of the dice on if you’ll eat or not, go here!

Potatoes were delicious and beef hash was great. Eggs Benedict was luke warm and hollandaise was cool and not flavorful. Server said other customers have mentioned that and the kitchen staff said that that's how they do it, otherwise the sauce turns into scrambled eggs. How all other restaurants are able to serve it hot or at least warm must not interest them.

Attentive wait staff. We were seated up on entering the restaurant - no lines! Delicious food. My first time visiting this location, but I always enjoy the food at Famous Toastery!

I loved the place, we came here passing by, we are from Atlanta Ga and we were looking for something for breakfast and we found this place and it really is great, the service is good from the moment you arrive and when they take your order, the food is not say it's delicious... Recommended!!!!

First of all. We went today for breakfast. 2 adults and 4 small children. They added a 20% large party gratuity. There were only 2 adults and we split the check! They counted the kids and apparently babies count too. The waitress took our order and never came back since she knew we would have to pay 20% no matter what. I had to get up twice to find someone for straws and napkins. We spent $18 for Huevos Rancheros and $4 for each of our kids lemonades. My daughter’s breakfast was supposed to be a waffle with a side of meat for $16 and I could add eggs for $3. We ordered eggs, spent $19 and they charged us for it but never asked what meat we wanted, so we never got that. We noticed the place was dead at lunch which should have been a red flag. We went in April and the prices we way better than our surprise today with this price gouging. Food was mediocre at best and there’s a restaurant less than a mile away with better food and breakfast for $5 on Thursdays. Needless to say…we won’t be back and we are trying to get the word out. HUGE disappointment. This place used to have lines out the door.

usually, i'll go to the location closer to my house, but i had errands to run nearby so i went to this one instead.

there were only two workers on the floor, and they were hosting and serving. it was the middle of a tuesday, so i can't blame them for expecting it to be slow. there weren't too many other people there, but they all came in at once and i could tell the servers were overwhelmed. i used to be a server myself, so i can't blame them for doing the best they can. our server was nice and was patient with us (i have social anxiety and it took me a minute to find my voice) despite being stressed. the food, however, was a different matter.

my usual location has a pumpkin stuffed french toast that i was looking forward to, but this one doesn't have it. no big deal. i ordered the pumpkin french toast casserole instead, which is sort of like a pound cake. food took a while to come out (again, they were clearly understaffed, so it's not their fault). the french toast casserole was pretty gross. i'm a huge texture person, and the inside was sticky yet dry, almost like it was undercooked. i've never ever sent food back in a restaurant before, but i had to send this back. i ordered a side of bacon as well and requested it crispy, but when it came out it was flimsy and cold.

in place of the french toast casserole, i ordered the pumpkin crepes. there were only two tiny crepes for $16, which was ridiculous. they were also super mid, and the crepe part itself was too thick, so it tasted like ravioli. i went with just my mom and my brother, and it was over $60 for just the three of us, and for small portions with absurd prices.

the place itself is pretty cute, but the women's bathroom was FREEZING. also not a huge deal just kinda odd.

one thing i will say though is that the cold brew coffee was really good, and i'm super picky about my coffee.

all in all though i will not be returning to this location.

I love breakfast. I've been all over the country and around the world, and I've never had biscuits as good as the ones here, nor eggs and potatoes that tasted like they came directly from my friends farms in Wisconsin the same day. Not the cheapest, but worth every penny.
