I wish I could say this was good because the bartender was amazing! I wish I knew her name. She was extremely sweet. The food was terrible though. The best part of this meal was the mimosa. The French toast did not taste fresh and had old bananas in it, the bacon was flimsy and the well done egg was still running but also burnt which was strange. Again, the bartender gave exceptional service.
There are a million other places to grab breakfast, for $35 I’d honestly go somewhere else first.

Absolutely love Famous Toastery! I'm a Celiac and require a Gluten Free diet, which they serve perfectly. I splurge every time I'm here because they understand Gluten free and take the care necessary to ensure it's safe. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience. Oh yeah, the food. Food was good. Service was terrible, they completely forgot about our food. Waiter practically made us do his job, he checked on us twice, one for our orders, and the second time for distribution of the checks. Never was given an update on our food as we waited over an hour for it. Crazy experience, I think all you can do is laugh. I was also charged for the wrong food.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. This was the absolute worst service we’ve ever experienced at any restaurant. Was told 15 minute wait, plenty of tables open but staffing is short. Ok. Waited almost 30 minutes for 4 people. After ordering we waited another 40 minutes for our food. The server sat down two plates. We realized this was not our food when they walked away. When we told another server she took the food, walked into the kitchen and turned right back around and sat the food on another couple’s table. We will never recommend a Famous Toastery, especially this location.

I'm not one to discourage anyone from eating anywhere. I personally love the location on the boardwalk in university. However, at this location, it just wasn't any good. The food was bland, and my drink had a crack in the cup, which leaked all over the table. My eggs were very much overcooked and rubbery, and my French toast was mid at best. The waitress and gentleman who replaced my drink were very polite and they did their job semi well. Atmosphere was relaxed and chill. Good hangout spot, I just wouldn't eat here again.
