Fiamma’s is always my favorite Italian place to go to. Their food is phenomenal, dining in and taking out. They also have the best service. I’ve never had such a kinder service with great food. Please never go out of business.

Beautiful family owned Italian taverna. The menu is geared towards the Sicilian region. Everything is homemade. Many of the staff are from Italy. These guys know how to provide hospitality, relax and enjoy your dining experience and evening. This isn’t a place to rush through eating. Relax. You are in Italy!Parking: Free parking lot.Kid-friendliness: While these restaurant is very nice and has an elegant vibe, it also has a family vibe. They welcome children and have a kids menu. They also know where to sit the children so they have space to wiggle and be children.

We had a reservation for 8:30. When we arrived, we were told our table was still being used and it would be a few minutes longer. No problem. Then around 8:50, we were told we could have another table or we could wait for our original table. I said "Whatever is quickest." I was told "So you're sitting over there, then" in a very dismissive tone. We were seated and our waitress came over to let us know that she was our waitress, but it was a "team effort" the only time we saw her after that was when she was walking around the restaurant with her noise cancelling headphones on. The food runner they had taking care of us had no idea what to do. When we asked for our pizza to be cut in 8 slices instead of four, he said "I don't think I can do anything about that, this is just how they come" and walked away. He then came back and was annoyed we had not finished our apps or sorbet and stood there after we told him we were not done. At the end of the meal, I had to go to the bar to ask someone to check us out. The service was truly some of the worst I've had in Charlotte and the food was fine. I certainly did not think this experience lived up to the price tag. I rarely leave reviews, but felt this deserved the feedback. I don't plan on returning.

OH MY GOSH WHERE SHOULD I START WE GOT SEATED AT THE TOP WINDOW OUR RESERVATION WAS AT 5 o’clock the person that sat us told me and my wife that there were other people coming so we had to be be gone by 6:45 which was ok but no one has ever told me that at any other restaurant in my life so i disregarded that then we went to get seated the table was sticky and there was also food on the floor I then noticed that I seen a roach crawling on the window by our table and it WAS ALIVE!!! That is when they brought the food out it looked good but me and my wife couldn’t get over the fact that we just seen a live roach it was utterly disgusting don’t ever go to this place this was the worst Valentine’s Day experience for me and my wife don’t go ! BY THE WAY WE DID NOT EAT THE FOOD WE SENT THE FOOD BACK AS SOON AS IT CAME BECAUSE WE WERE LEAVING TO GO TO ANOTHER RESTAURANT.

One of them raved and it while the other said she was not impressed. Food is an individual choice however.

Phenomenal! The food was easily some of the best food my husband and I have had in Charlotte. Fab was our server, he was passionate about the menu and restaurant and provided excellent service. They’re very careful about dietary restrictions, and pay attention to little details (thank you for helping us celebrate a special day!). This was my first time dining here and it won’t be my last. It is going to be my new go-to recommendation. So amazing! Thank you!

Only two staff and a cook made for a slow meal, but they were friendly. My wife liked the pesto with olive oil to dip with the soft warm complimentary bread. The rest of the food was presented well, but the taste was underwhelming.

The food was amazing. The ambiance was also very good. A very nice place to go on a cozy date night and experience some authentic Italian food. A little on the expensive side and Service was a little slow, but nothing too outrageous.
Had dinner here with a friend in town and this is one of the most authentic Italian restaurants i’ve been to outside of Italy. Homemade pasta was perfect… Tiramisu was perfect, Fiochetti (which i’ve noticed has been really hard to find in most Italian restaurants) was delicious, albeit a little heavy on the truffle oil for my taste but it was still very well done. The bread and pesto you start out with is mouthwatering, and the sorbet we were served inbetween courses to cleanse the palate was a yummy surprise. Our server was so sweet and the atmosphere was really relaxing and quiet. Will definitely be back here.

The food is absolutely amazing- fresh and delicious- the wait staff is great, knowledgeable and oh so nice. They have specials daily, but the regular menu is great as well.
