Small plate servings were larger than expected and everything was excellent, cooked perfectly and delicious. We especially enjoyed the mushroom toast, furikake fries and the tuna-salmon poke. Service was excellent as expected from a Dressler restaurant.

First, service of late at other restaurants has been a little lackluster. This was not the case here. Max was probably one of the best servers we've had in the past few years. We each had the treatment. It was absolutely delicious, well timed, and a ton of food! We also had some oysters and they key lime pie. Best meal I have had in a long time. Absolutely delicious. From salmon to tuna, mahi mahi to black bass and hanger steak. It was incredible.

Kent was our server and our did “The Treatment”. Absolutely wonderful service, Kent took great care of our group. Food was amazing, delicious, and did not stop coming. Major bonus was they did a great job taking care of one of our group who has a severe food allergy, not one concern about cross contamination and had no problems accommodating! Thank y’all very much for the fantastic dinner!

We had a party of 12 and everyone loved it! We went with ‘The Treatment’ and it was to die for. Topped it off with the assortment of cheesecake. Wow! Can’t recommend this place enough. Make sure to ask for ‘Kent’ as your server.

they made a vegan pasta which was not good barely edible, it is not a fun place for foodie veggie/vegan folks. Drinks are good fries and mushroom toast are good and so is their cheesecake but then you will end up starving later on.

Dined in with a party of 6 tonight for a close friend’s birthday. We had an amazing time. Service was top tier. Our server, whose name I don’t remember (unfortunately), was very knowledgeable and attentive. Water glasses were never empty, which is very important to me.

We ordered the Dish of Fish, tuna crudo, salmon and tuna poke, trout, the scallops (to die for!), roasted beets, and crab dip. All of it was delicious.

We brought in birthday dessert and it was presented on a platter along with a bubbles toast for everyone, which was a great touch to our evening. It was most of our first time dining here and we all agreed we would return.

The seared tuna was to die for and my daughter had the kids salmon with fries, which was only $10. Where fun and fancy meet. It is a tapas like restaurant. Definitely recommend. We had just driven in from Columbia, SC, and I'd definitely go again next time I visit Charlotte.

We had the tasting menu and everything was top notch. Our server Kent was warm, welcoming, and took great care of us, as did the rest of the team assisting him. It is a little loud inside, though the atmosphere is lovely.

Dietary restrictions: We had two in our party that were gluten free, and they were accommodated with no issues.

We ordered “The Treatment” and Kent, our server, took us on a wonderful tasting course. It was more than enough food to say the least! Few highlights were the mushroom toast, furikake fries, the scallops, & cheesecake. Kent was really knowledgeable, friendly and made our trip to Charlotte a wonderful experience.
