Our evening started off great! Our server was attentive and friendly. I ordered an $18, 6oz Mablec. There were tannins in the glass when I finished it. I ordered another. When our server brought the pour, I asked for a new glass because of the tannins. He took the pour and my glass away. 10 minutes later he brought me the wine. I didn't notice any difference. When the bill came, it showed the first $18 pour of Malbec and 2- $22 pours of a Pinot Noir that I did not order. Also, my food order arrived 7-8 minutes before my husband's order. Poor form Fin & Fino, poor form. On our way out, I spoke to the manager on duty. She was obliging and offered to refund the wine not ordered. While that wasn't necessary, for me it was more about the principle of the issue.

I always have a great time and Fin & Fino when visiting Charlotte. This time I had the best possible service from the best human in the place, Jas! Check out the chef's tasting menu and ask to sit in Jas's section. She's a vibe!

The food was fantastic except for the spice on the calamari. We did the Treatment which was great. Make sure to tell them if you don't want it too spicy.

Overall, the food was good but a lot of items were very salty. The oysters, seared tuna, and cheesecake were our favorites. The scallops and mushrooms toast were too salty! The french fries were good but maybe a little less sauce. Our server, Emma, was great!

We enjoyed a quiet dinner - tapas style. Our choices including the fish were all tasty. Our server was extremely attentive and courteous.

Everything was delicious. I'm not a fan of tapas/small plates, but all the dishes and wine were excellent. The service was top notch as well. We enjoyed the wall covering with a swirl of waves covered with an assortment of fish plates. This location is right next door to Knight Theater which is extremely helpful.

The Treatment is the way to go. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. We sat outside which was pleasant, minus the lit rotating billboard on the opposite side of the street as it got dark. We'll be back!

Great restaurant, excellent staff, interesting menu, perfect location for dinner when attending an event or show at Knight Theater.

My wife and I inquired about the Chef's Tasting Menu when we sat down. Our waiter informed us that each menu is customized to meet the preferences of the diners. For example, you can avoid dishes with a particular protein or sauce if you prefer. We were served 7 dishes including desert. The dishes were all well paced, well balanced, varied, and thoroughly explained. It was a simply delightful evening.

I made reservations for me and my boyfriend for his birthday dinner for 7:45 PM, the restaurant closes at 9 PM so that's a pretty decent window before close time. We end up getting the Treatment and I got three other side plates. I also informed our waitress that it was his birthday, which was also listed on my reservation. Let's start with the food. The calamari literally tasted as though it was reheated up. It came out lukewarm and greasy. The scallops and risotto, the risotto was rubbery and lukewarm risotto should be served hot. I informed my waitress and she had the manager come over and issue us two new plates which honestly weren't very much of a difference from the first set of plates. One of his entrées was fries which I am a little taken back considering it's a seafood place. I'm not sure why fries would have been one of our entrées for the Treatment. My food did not come out until I had to ask when he was on his 3rd/4th plate. She apologized and then my food finally came out. I had the tuna salmon poke bowl, which was delicious and the lamb rigatoni, which was also delicious. One of the things our waitress had explained to us is that they were closing soon so they apologize if the food wasn't up to par because The Kitchen was closing soon and I think that's an unacceptable response for mediocre food when you have a bill that's $200 for two people. I don't mind spending money for quality food, but not when the food is mediocre and you're trying to pass it as cause you're closing. Lastly, no one ever came out to celebrate his birthday with a slice of cake or a candle even though the table across from us did and I had to ask her three times about his dessert and she finally brought it and said sorry I thought another waiter brought it over. Overall, considering it was a birthday celebration I was highly disappointed. I thought that the service and the food could've been a lot better considering and nothing was comped! Won't be back honestly.

We had been here previously several times, and my wife's food allergies were accommodated without issue. Last night was a completely different story. A large corporate function was then seated next to us after we I ordered and service afterwards was abysmal. We never received our appetizer, the salad was served without dressing. The main plates were done well but we were not notified of an allergic in my meal until afterwards. While it was busy, we've been there when it was busier and they did better. Last night was truly disappointing.

The food was fantastic. We opted for the Treatment. While it was worth the money, it was way too much food for us to finish. On our next visit, we will just order fewer small plates to share. Our server, Drew, was very attentive and helpful throughout the evening.

Riley for the win. Incredible service, she is absolutely amazing!! She created an exceptional experience for my me and my husband, and we will ask for her upon our return!.. Everything was exceptional!

Food was very good. Service was friendly and attentive. Small plate/tapas model, where dishes are served at separate times when ready, can be disconcerting unless guests are sharing. They should ask up-front whether guests are going to share and then plan service accordingly.

We ordered scallops, salmon and tuna poke, and cheesecake for dessert. They were all very delicious and excellent.
