My daughter and I had lunch there today. It was phenomenal. She got the chicken parm and we got a pepperoni pie. The pizza is on point and the best I’ve had in Charlotte. The atmosphere is great. Small, quaint, with tables for dine in, bar top for quick slices. The best part was how they took care of us. I was packing up our leftover pizza to go and it unfortunately fell onto the floor. They told me to wait a few minutes and they replaced all of the slices I lost. It was my fault and they didn’t have to do anything. But they did. I highly recommend the food. It is amazing. But the service was exceptional as well. I’ll be back and you should check them out.

I love Finale pizza so much, we decided to have it catered for our wedding! The pistachio pesto pasta and the Sweety Pie pizza are our absolute favorites! Definitely worth checking out! The staff are so friendly and great as well!

I was really hoping this place would be much better since it’s so close to my house and I love Italian food. When we walked in, we were greeted by a nice hostess who asked us to scan a barcode and place our own order. That was the first thing I didn’t like, ordering myself, not being able to ask questions, and being prompted to tip before receiving any service. The hostess brought us water and then we didn’t see much service until the food arrived. Another woman kept coming out who appeared to be the cook, and unfortunately her shirt was very greasy and dirty. That was a huge turnoff and honestly made me wonder what the kitchen looked like where the food was being prepared. My pesto pasta was a bit dry, though I did enjoy the hint of lemon zest flavor. My daughter’s spaghetti Alfredo was okay. The highlight of the meal was definitely the tiramisu, very creamy and flavorful. Overall, I really wanted to love this place because of the location, but the experience left me a bit disappointed.
As a a native NewYorker and now transplant I can affirm this is true NY style authentic pizza. Meatballs that melt In your mouth and a chicken cutlet so crispy made with those amazing homemade breadcrumbs. By far the best in this area. The authenticity and homemade aspects of the ingredients truly sets Finale apart from the rest. Must try.
