After an amazing day at the spa, we decide why not check out Fine and Fettle. First and foremost, let me say although they may have been understaffed, the staff that was present was amazing. Once we were seated, our waitress immediately greeting us at the table and ask for drink order.
Since we arrived just in time for brunch, we asked for recommendations. She recommended both the Chicken and Waffles, the French Toast, which we decided to order. For our drinks we decided on coffee and a glass of Prosecco. I must say, the drink glassware is stunning.
Our food was cooked to perfection! The chicken was juicy and seasoned very well; it had a little heat but not enough to overpower the dish. The French Toast was also delicious! The berry compote and homemade whip cream was a nice touch.

The food reminds me of first class airplane food. It’s expensive, looked fancy, but tastes like a microwaved dinner. The coffee was very good but I won’t be eating here the rest of my stay. Maybe I’ll get a couple sides of eggs.

The service was exceptional, we were for lunch, but they said their menu changed, and all we can order was breakfast, not a lot of options. The place was nice and eclectic.
After a third visit, I wonder if they ever have more than 3 staff available on the first floor. They're open for Brunch and yet, one barista and one waitress running around and trying their best. Staff your restaurant properly

Understaffed like most places and honestly I expect that everywhere these days however the waitress said I had to sit at the bar "cause I'm only one here, have too many people before you, and you are only one person". Ate at the bar where I constantly had to ask for water refilled to a tiny cup, out of burgers so ask for a grilled chicken breast (not on menu) they "forgot" to make so it took 30 minutes to finally get the most driest, cold!, horrible chicken I've ever had. 2 stars over 1 for the bartender who at least recognized the time it took and removed from my bill.

What a lovely late night dinner. The service was prompt and professional. I enjoyed crab cakes and a glass of wine - The cakes were too large to finish! I will eat here again.

This is a dry cake. Not pudding.
Everything was delicious and so savory.
Cute breakfast spot in the Canopy by Hilton. Very contemporary. Had some coffee and a scone. The restaurant provides sitdown service as well as a grab and go bar. It’s very well lit, making it very easy to do a little work. They also offered dinner. Positive experience. They are not open for lunch.

We made a reservation on Velentine's Day. There was no host and no bartender. The other staff working actively avoided acknowledging or speaking to us. After 15 minutes of being ignored, we finally gave up and left to find somewhere else to eat. This was one of the worst service experiences I've had in a really long time.

Arrived for reservation time to be told that they aren't supposed to have Saturday brunch reservations. Gave us menus that included items they weren't offering (no alcohol available, eggs could not be made different ways/etc.). The staff members acted like it was our fault for booking the reservation/being there. The food was amazing but warning for those booking on Saturday morning brunch as it is misleading!

There was no host and no bartender. The few staff (including someone who appeared to be a supervisor) working on Valentine's Day actively avoided acknowledging us, despite our confirmed reservation. After 15 minutes, we finally left the restaurant to find somewhere else to have dinner ON VALENTINE'S DAY. This was the worst service experience I've had in a really long time.
I called and made a reservation 2 weeks prior. When I arrived the hostess/waitress seemed shocked that I was there. A few of my friends were running behind and I was asked 4x in 10 mins if they were on their way. My reservation was at 12:45 and we were rushed to order because we were told that the kitchen was closing. The waitress seemed very irritated that we were there. Nevertheless, the food was great and we still had a good time. I've eaten here beforeand had a great experience but the customer service this time was terrible. I will say, the bald black guy was very very sweet.
