Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

I wasn't very pleased with my experience mainly due to the service we received or lack of. I do frequent with Firebirds mostly for group dining and this just was not it for my daughter's birthday. We received the bare minimum of service. Nicole was our waitress and walked by our table several occasions to the point we had to stop her to let know we were ready to order. Never checking in on our table. Had the restaurant been busier this would have been understandable..I came before and it was gnat issue. That still somewhat still seems an issue. The food was subpar on this visit as well. Overall I was not happy with this visit at all.

Our server, Sydney, was excellent! And the hot honey chicken sandwich....grilled, instead of fried, was perfect.

I mhad a reservation which i think made a difference in my wait time. I was celebrating my birthday. My server was amazing and provided excellent recommendations. The food arrived hot and prompt.

Good food and pretty good service, even if it was a little slow at times. Overall a solid dinner option.

Our server was very attentive and nice, the food was great from the appetizer to the dessert, the drinks were made right, and the environment was very family friendly yet quiet. We'll be coming back for certain and will bring our children next time!

Was easy to get reservations, the prime rib Saturday night was excellent, as was the loaded baked potato. The prime rib was ordered medium rare and was delivered that way! (Many restaurants mess this part up). It was a thick cut and priced very fair. Will be back again!

We celebrated my Mother's 91st birthday and everyone was so kind and attentive. The food and beverages were excellent. Liv was our server and she was incredible! She was so friendly and helpful. We were so pleased with her excellent service. Liv is an outstanding representative for Firebirds.

Went on a last minute decision with special offer. Liv was extremely attentive and provided a great experience.

We arrived and the menu looked great and the server was friendly ordered drinks and apps...drinks came and our entree order was taken,then we didn't see anyone again for 45min. When she did come back she looked confused when we asked about our apps salads etc. manager came and said our ticket must've “gotten lost” we paid for drinks and left before things got worse

They took off a lot of vegetarian items off the menu (Impossible burger and portabella mushroom). The floors are slippery, almost fell in my heels.

The food and service were amazing! It was my first visit and I will surely return and recommend to friends and family.

We had a really nice Easter meal at Firebirds! We ate outside on a really nice day! The service was great (unfortunately I don't remember the servers Jane but she was really great) and the food was outstanding!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Kitchen was very slow, but it was Easter and our server was doing his absolute best to keep us updated on when we could expect our food. Maybe in the future send out a complimentary app or something to tie us over

Easter brunch was very nice. Salads are large portions and delicious. Very friendly service. This will be a regular dining spot.

We were seated immediately and the service was great. I will say, the appetizers were better than the some of the entrees we ordered.
