Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We had a girls night out and it was great. The restaurant was clean. The bathroom was clean. Everything was nice and neat. Our food came out in a manly time our server Mercedes was great. She made sure that we was well taken care of and our drinks was always full oh, and by the way, the food was delicious. I will make this my favorite restaurant.

We had reservations for 10 people. The staff and table were ready when we arrived and we were seated immediately. The wait staff was pleasant and gave us plenty of time to order. Did not feel rushed. It was not crowded during the lunch hour and the noise level was low. Food was excellent/delicious. Beatifully presented and very generous portions. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Will definitely be back again. And will recommend the restaurant to others, too.

Firebirds South Park is outstanding! Our server Mat was excellent! Food as always simply delicious!

Food was terrible, when they packaged my burger up I can tell they literally just dumped the plate in the box with the top bun on the bottom then bottom bun no where near the chicken, and the stick that holds it together that I took off before eating was also in the box laying off to the side. Service was ok but seemed to be lots of confusion.

Met a friend for lunch. Shocked at how expensive the menu had gotten as I haven't been there in a few years. Salads were all over $20! A bowl of chicken tortilla soup is $9. While it as tasty, I am not going to pay those prices. Please reevaluate your pricing.

Arrived early and very few patrons. Due to shortage of kitchen staff the wait for food was extraordinary. Ordered filet medium and had to return as it was way too rare. Thankfully the waiter was fantastic, as he was the one to save the dining experience for the evening

We really enjoyed our lunch on Veterans Day. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. I really appreciate that Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is so generous and thoughtful to all veterans by offering a free meal on their day.

We were celebrating our anniversary and they were kind enough to give us a dessert with a candle which was thoughtful. The food was very good and we had no issues at all. Will definitely be back.

We had great service from the staff and the quality of our steaks was exceptional. Overall value was great. A similar meal at other premium steak houses would have been close to double the cost.

Olivia “Liv” was great waitress and provided great service to our table of five as part of our monthly friends get together.

My table was ready early; the food was delicious, quickly served and Sophia delivered top notch service to my table from start to finish! She was consistent with check-ins, refilling beverages, offered wonderful suggestions with the menu, was very professional and personable at the same time! Our interactions with her really made ALL of us happy we chose Firebirds to dine at for our birthday celebration! She made our birthday guest of honor feel very special! This shows how important having great service influences your dining experience- good or bad! Thank you again Sophia!! You really made our celebration even better!! We love us some FB. But this time things were just off. Server was new which is fine but she wasn't super attentive. I went without a drink refill for probably 10 minutes. Appetizer Ranch Rings were burned to a crisp and had to send back. Wife ordered a coffee never had it refilled or offered for entire meal. Wife's Hipster Toast had no avocado and the egg was hard boiled not runny. My house potatoes were over cooked. It was like the chef on duty just was either non attentive or not as skilled. Everything had a sense of being overcooked. And we were excited to try the brunch menu experience. Just not a great showing for FB.

Very comfortable relaxing atmosphere - attentive server and delicious Caesar Salad with blackened chicken. Bowl and fork were chilled!

The service staff was great and the food was delicious. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good food and great service.

Server, Chris, was very attentive, friendly and apologetic - food delivery times were terribly long for most everything - apps / entrees and desserts took super long - soups came out on top of the appetizers and I did not get my salad until after my entree was already at the table - our desserts took so long - we ended up requesting them to go, as the restaurant was closing... we sat down at 830 - and left at 10. 2 of our 3 steak's were overcooked and though we said no thx to remakes, as the steaks were still flavorful and we ate them, they re-made them and gave them to us to go anyway - one of the recooks was still overcooked- The appetizers were delicious - my son thoroughly enjoyed his ribs and the BLT side salad was fabulous, once I got it. Read the menu because some of their sides are seasoned spicy - carrots and au gratin pots had some heat (cayenne) inedible for us. All in all the food was very flavorful and our server was lovely but food times & cook temps were way off - the kitchen has some work to do...no discounts were offered - but the manager did bring over our overcooked replacement steaks, that we didn't want, with a smile.... :/
