Door & website said the shop closes at 9:00 but the employees decided to stop working at 8:30 and refused to serve 3 customers.

Literally the worst
Store is exceptionally dirty
I ordered and waited 30 minutes and never got my food, I had to just leave without eating because I was so frustrated.

Avoid this location if possible. Ordered online, waited one hour once I got here. There were a lot of people waiting so whatever, it’s Sunday and I’ll wait. I watched everyone get their take outs (and eat them) then started getting suspicious. Come to find out, they had no idea of my order even though they said it would be a minute after saying order for Shaun. Showed them my receipt. No idea. Back in the sub making cycle and now staff are arguing with each other behind the bar. Just make the extra drive to Whitehall, it will save you time and frustration in the end. Come here during the week and who knows if you’ll have lunch before heading back to work.

Terrible experience I don’t even wanna speak about it. All I can say is that I was new to Charlotte, North Carolina. And I travel all over the United States knowing that I can get the best of close to a New York City sub from firehouse, never experienced an atmosphere from fire house like any place other than this one place.

worst sub I've ever had. it was tasty, but I ordered the hook and ladder but had a really hard time finding the meat and when I did find it it didn't look like any corned beef I'd ever had before. will not go again. save your money.

I had a to go order which I olanned to eat rught away in my car. My potato soup was cold. I was 15 minutes late picking it up but this was refrigerator cold. It looked nasty and tasted sour so I just tried to eat my salad. It was very watery even before I added dressing. A lot of the lettuce was brown and wilted. I ate at a Firegouse Subs in Orlando the week prior, order the same thing, and it was great! This was very disappointing 😞. I will not be back to this location.

I mean it's firehouse. It's a decent sub. But do not walk in and order, you will be waiting 35 to 45 min at bare minimum. Even if you order just one sandwich. It's really unbelievable

Placed an online order for pickup. Incorrect order, long wait time, and to top it all off, I discovered mold on my sandwich when I returned to the hotel. Tried to call customer service and the number does not work. Chatting with a robot was useless. Will not return to this Firehouse or any other location in the future.

I was given the wrong sub despite the ticket having my name and order details on it and it had pork on it. I have Crohn’s and cannot eat pork(ham)- to add insult to the injury Christian the “manager” at the store could be heard talking about me in the background while placing me on hold after I was told to “just come back” mind you I am 31 minutes away from that specific location. I asked them to just process a refund & you’d think it was an act of congress to get that done. This location is ridiculously incompetent.
