went out of the way today to treat my girlfriend to a sub and it was pathetic. paid 6.29 each for a sub that looked like a piece of scrap from the garbage can. This location used to have really good subs but I'm never going back
I came in there on break to grab a sandwich. I asked for a LG Turkey Bacon minus the Ranch cold sub nothing on it cause I don't want my bread wet!! How simple... I got melted cheese my bread is wet. I didn't ask for a melted sandwich. I'll never eat again the manager had the nerves to hang up on me never resolving the issue and Stopped answering the phone. Yall need to do better.!!!

Don't go here, unless you want to wait 45 minutes for a sandwich! Extremely slow and unprofessional. Not apologrtic at all about how slow they were. Poorly managed, as the manager is on the phone while the food is backed up.

The first problem with this place is that there was no supervision at all. Appeared that there were three young kids working the only guy who was appearing to make sandwiches took 27 minutes to make the order I was coming to pick up! The other two employees were not actively trying to make sure that all the orders that were backing.I don’t even blame these children for their lack of good customer service skills. This solely falls upon fire house subs for not hiring better workers.

I just got here at the store at 8:45 and the door was locked. a lady with red hair looked at me and shook her head no. this store doesn't close until 9pm. this is crazy! even the open sign is on. these people are getting lazy.

Horrible service heat on hell almost passed out because of the heat incorrect order and phone conversations in front of customers when my order was messed up. No active listening skills

Repeated my order twice to the girl with the two braids at the front counter and she still didn’t even attempt to type in how I wanted the sub so of course the sandwich maker didn’t make it right. Repeated the order for a THIRD time to the sandwich maker since the first girl couldn’t comprehend it and it was STILL wrong.

Placed an order for 2 Italian subs online with a bogo deal and both sandwiches were completely wrong. I added Monterey Jack cheese, yet, there was absolutely no cheese on either sandwich, not even the standard provolone.

This place is so unorganized 35 minutes to get a sub. Are you kidding me? This is the last time I'll eat here

Red head girl at the register was a bit incompetent when trying to speak to her, or was too lazy to do her job. Meal was prepared shockingly wrong, missing ingredients, added random ingredients, some ingredients only on half. I think they blindfolded themselves and slapped random items onto bread. It was impressively gross, inedible even, and employees refused to correct it. The sandwich only had one bite taken out of it and not even my dog was interested in begging for the rest. Disappointing to waste my money& throw my entire lunch away. Employee incorrectly entered my phone number to link my account so I cannot pull up the order in the application to report it.

Most of the time I never get what I ask for. For a bit of time the pickles tasted like cleaner.When I try to talk to an employee they ignore me and walk away because they put the mobile orders behind the counter sometimes.
This was my first time coming to firehouse subs. A lot of friends and family told me about firehouse subs have great subs and I happened to be next to one. I was welcomed with great customer service that created a calm and friendly experience. The subs were fresh and very satisfying for my first experience. I will be back another day to try different subs.
