I stopped at this location because I was already nearby. Just the day before, I had enjoyed a fantastic steak and cheese sub at a different branch, so I decided to try the same sandwich here. Unfortunately, it didn’t measure up. The service was lackluster; the cashier seemed uninterested and mumbled through our interaction. I ordered my sandwich on whole wheat bread but failed to verify it before leaving. When I got home, I discovered they had used white bread instead, and the sandwich was extremely dry. While I might give the steak and cheese another try, I definitely won't be returning to this particular location.

I experienced very rude customer service. I called concerning my Doordash order I placed and I originally called this store a total of 3 times and they sent my call to voicemail twice before they even answered. Once they did some rude employee answered and said “oh” in a very rude way after I explained to her what I wanted and before I could even finish talking she hung up on me.

I've never had a bad sub at Firehouse until today. Absolutely disgusting. Thrown together and could barely eat HALF of it. Falling a part and the bread tasted old. Waste of money.

Ordered from this location on Uber Eats. While it seems the order was available for pick up very quickly, when I received my order I was thoroughly disappointed.I ordered the Cheesesteak + Mushrooms, Brownie, Chips, Chicken Meatball Parm, Loaded Baked Potato Soup, and a Side Salad with Balsamic.The sandwiches were “regular” size per the menu but they were tiny. Little to no flavor and terrible portioning. The soup is almost inedible, bad flavor and terrible appearance. The only items that were decent were the chips and the brownie. The brownie is actually surprisingly delicious. Very unfortunate. I’ll never spend my money at a Firehouse Subs location ever again.

Took my daughter out to eat today and I was glad she had a good time . I ordered her a medium cheese steak combo and I had the same thing but a large one came to about 30 something dollar and change . The food was good but I had better . Probably try another location next time . Over all the ladies there was working hard and very polite

I went to eat here my sandwich was not right! I spent 15.00 for my food and my Italian and shakers mix was missing a plain sandwich! I’m coming to the web to do a review guess why guys because i reached out to email someone keeps providing and they didn’t replace my food the manager didn’t call like i expected! So now I’m going public! Avoid this location especially if you want your food to be right!! If something is wrong it will not be fixed! Avoid this LOCATION!
