We ordered from DoorDash last night and I just wanted to commend the absolute artist who created the masterpieces we had. Perfectly stacked, not an ingredient askew *chefs kiss*.

I had a catering order for 40 people today. I needed to talk with someone at the store and tried calling the number they have posted online. It rang 4 times and went to voicemail - however, you can't leave a message because the mailbox is not set up. I had to call EZCater and have them call the manager directly to address my issue. That wasted 15 minutes of my day. I should have been able to call the store and talked to someone there in person. My issue was not resolved. The driver called me while I was away from my desk, but didn’t leave his number and it was not recorded on my phone so I could'nt return his call. How do you do business if people can’t call your store or return the driver’s call? The delivery was made just fine and the food is great. The issue lies with not being able to call the store to ask questions regarding my order. The next issue is your Customer Service call line – I called, and it told me to go to the website and hung up. Sometimes we need to talk to a person right away. That SUCKS - bigtime.
