I had a catering order for 40 people today. I needed to talk with someone at the store and tried calling the number they have posted online. It rang 4 times and went to voicemail - however, you can't leave a message because the mailbox is not set up. I had to call EZCater and have them call the manager directly to address my issue. That wasted 15 minutes of my day. I should have been able to call the store and talked to someone there in person. My issue was not resolved. The...
