Absolutely love this place and a new French dip is off the chain. The customer service is always great I shouldn't say this but they know us by name because we go there pretty really now and the food is always spot-on

Food was great! HOT and exactly how it was ordered! Order was quick- 4 combo meals with customization. Staff was friendly, efficient and asked how our meal was. Excellent experience at the Waverly location!

Evening employees need more training on the register. I never know what I'm going to pay as it depends on who's working. There is no consistency in pricing, even when I order the same sandwich each time. I've stopped going for a bit. I tried it going again and same results. They must have a high turnover rate at this location as it's never the same person working each time I go in.

Used to love this location… ordered an Italian sub and it was very wet.. very weirdly room temp…? It was made fresh but those alone made it off putting. Kinda upset we spent the money tbh. :/

this one worker in a blue shirt was SO sweet to me and my family. we came into this establishment on a fine saturday evening. i believe the boys name was james. he was ever so charming!
