The worker was quite rude when I was picking up my online order. Service was VERY slow. Come home to find my order completely wrong. Will not be going back anytime soon.

The amount of meat they put on a sub is pitiful. Only 4oz of meat and cheese on a medium sub. I predict this place won’t be in business come 2025.

Used to be my fav sub..Hook n Ladder. Not sure if this location or all have cut down drastically on their meat portion. I hsd to open the bun to find the turkey and hqm not much more. For 10$ is this the new portions?? So disappointed

two teenage employees were very rude to me when I got my sandwich. I'd like them to be talked to about their nasty behavior.

The atmosphere is nice. The woman taking our order wasn't overly helpful. She didn't ask what size sandwich I wanted, or if I wanted a drink or anything, so I automatically got charged for what seems like the largest size despite only wanting water. Our total was just about $75 for 4 of us to get medium sandwiches. The portions definitely left a lot to be desired, and the bread was extremely dry. Can't say I'd come back.

Its just ok

Food is great but I am more impressed by the manners, customer service, and general positivity of the employees! We’ve been numerous times and their personable personalities are always so refreshing and unfortunately rare these days. So thank you; it matters!
