We’ve been to a lot of firehouse locations and love their food but the service has been lacking. This location however, their staff was too notch. From our order being taken to an employee who obviously just got off a shift asking how our food was. You can tell that they like working together, take care of each other and are there to work. I applaud the staff, the training and the manger. Thanks for a great experience!

Firehouse Subs at the Arboretum is the only place I go to get my sandwiches. The staff is always nice and greet me as I enter. The manager are always great to take to and run a great store. I do not usually have mishaps, but when I do its user error and the managers always help to make it right. Thank You to the best sub ship in Charlotte.

Everyone is always so nice here!! The food is always delicious. I have celiac disease and I love the new GF subs and I love that they have a dedicated surface space to prepare the gf subs to reduce cross contamination. I love this place!
