If i could give a lower score i would ! This place and the workers are very unprofessional and need to be replaced . I had missing items from my order and the employee told me i was a “liar “ when i purchase from this location very often . Something needs to be done about her being as unprofessional as she is.

I placed an online order, and once I got home and started eating my sandwich, I felt something rubbery in my mouth halfway through. When I pulled it out, I felt it snap and realized it was a rubber band. Absolutely disgusting, to say the least. I tried calling the store to report this, but no one answered the phone.

Ordered a large sub combo on friday december 12 . Did not receive my sub or sprite. Only received chilli. Got in touch with customer service to get refund, i gave them pictures. They stopped responding to me. I paid just short of 28 dollars. I want a refund. I then ordered today through doordash dec 14 and they made both subs completely wrong and made them with wheat bread, not white bread. Luckly doordash gave me a full refund. This store needs to get it together!

Ordered two large subs at 7:15 pm, they were ready at about 7:30. By the time we ate, about 7:40 pm, the bottoms were completely soggy and we could make indentations in the roll with our fingers. The subs were inedible. I’m not sure what the dough process is there. Whether the bread was underbaked or had gotten wet from something. We requested the bread be toasted. It definitely wasn’t. Do not visit this location. We will not be back, this location does not uphold Firehouse Subs standards you would find elsewhere.

Firehouse subs is a franchise of quality subs and some nice options. This location especially is very clean, I always see the staff cleaning and dusting. They are always washing their hands and the service is very good. The food is hot and fresh and the customer service is very good. Highly recommend this location.
