Firehouse Subs Mallard Creek

I have been coming to this location since it opened and the service has just gone to nothing. Every piece of my online to-go order was incorrect. The sandwich called for no lettuce, tomato or onion and all were on the sandwich. Order called for Nacho Doritos store supplied Cool Ranch Doritos in the bag (sealed brown bad). Paid for Medium 32 oz drink and employee indicated that was considered a large drink. He indicated that the sizing is the kids cup was a small, 21 oz was a medium and that the 32 oz is a large. I indicated that is not what there website shows. I will not be back to this location.

There was a lady at the counter who just came off as a bit rude for no reason. I was there to verify and pick up an order for someone else. She had somewhat of a condescending attitude. I just confirmed, picked up and left because I'm not dealing with that kind of energy. I don't have time for it. As of now, I will never order for myself at this location. Do better!

Will not be back here…. Couldn’t get my order right even after I spelled it out. Clearly this locations needs to be shut down. Please review this locations health inspectors !

This firehouse subs is horrible I mean absolutely terrible

Dirty bathroom. No paper towels. Employees are supposed to wash their hands too. Bland and nasty cheese steak sub. Co worker went there a few days prior and said the service was bad. He was right. Stay away.

Placed an order for pick up on line. The staff was not welcoming at all and my order on the app said it was ready. When I opened the sandwich I didn’t even take a bite, and the meat fell off with hair on the meat. Aside from the high price of a medium sub, this is unacceptable. Hair!!!! Disgusting . When I checked the reviews it seems it is not the first time. Do not eat or order there. Staff is gross and manager doesn’t answer his calls. Seriously firemen

I don't really know why, but it was one of the best tasting hero sandwiches I've tried.

Mallard Creek Firehouse Subs suck.
Just like all the other bad reviews. Basically I got the same thing. I never had to leave reviews on Firehouse subs before. Because I've always had a great experience.
