What a joke. Don’t order online, they apparently can’t read or do their job correctly here. This is how my sub got delivered. Literally lettuce and bread.

Rena and torata were super friendly and helpful. I ordered a Large veggie sandwich but needed to customize the sandwich. They were patient as i went through the ingredient list and knowledgeable about the vegetarian options. I also ordered a Large Cajun chicken sandwich and it hits every time!

If I could give zero stars I would this place is horrible I went in and ordered simple sandwiches the manager or shift lead whoever he was in the red shirt wasn’t friendly at all as well as the other employee another customer was leaving and said thanks y’all have a good day and neither employee even acknowledged him the person in the red shirt was actually going off on the other employee for handling to go and pick up orders before in store orders which then caused the other employee to ring me up with an attitude there were only 3 people in front of me and I literally sat there for 15 mins before I asked for a refund upon asking for a refund neither employee wanted to come to the register to give me one I literally had to tell them to give me my receipt and the store manager or GM names and I will come back to get my refund they both acted like they didn’t know who the store manager or GM was once I told them I will just call corporate to find out only then did the shift lead in the red shirt come to do my refund the customer service at this store is trash and I will drive 30-40 min to another firehouse before I ever return to this location

They have unsweetened tea, but provide no diet sweeteners. Took a half an hour to get a grilled chicken salad prepared and then when it came it’s called chicken.

Tastes yummy. Who ever likes hot sub they will like it for sure.Good varieties of toppings and several cheese options. Best part is they are known for different kind of sauces they will mention spiciness in the form of numbers more the number more spicier. Overall it is yummy food?.

Absolutely worst service, got there 15 mins before closing and told the CC machine was already turned off and cash only, asked could I used $100 told no ( buying 4 subs so least $30 dollars) referred to ATM down the side. I asked to speak to the manager who was no help or cared about the situation, asked for owner info, and was told he didn't know it cause he paid direct deposit. If I could give a zero, I would.

I visited Firehouse Subs located at 2700 w mallard creek crunch rd on 06/19/2024 around 2:00 PM and had an extremely disappointing experience. First, Lawrence, who took my order (if that’s even his name), was wearing a camo durag and had a nasty attitude. He seemed uninterested in taking my order and when I checked my food in-store, I found it was completely wrong. When I asked for it to be fixed, he sighed and acted like it was a huge inconvenience. To make matters worse, I noticed Lawrence and Shawn (blonde-orange hair locs), another employee, whispering and eyeing me, which made me feel uncomfortable and concerned they were tampering with my food. I immediately requested a refund.

Renee (female with pink braids), who processed my refund, claimed to be the manager, which surprised me as she showed no attention to customer service. She asked about the issue only after refunding me and me asking who’s the manager, showing very poor customer service skills.

Overall, my experience at Firehouse Subs was marked by rude and unprofessional behavior from multiple staff members, incorrect orders, and a lack of attention from management. I hope they can improve their customer service and ensure staff are respectful and attentive to customers.

If I could give negative 100 stars I would. Do not waste your time going to this location. I ordered 2 items thru the mobile app 2 weeks ago and never received my order or a refund. Apparently there is some sort of glitch in the app that has this location listed as being in Charlotte, SC. Now we all know there is no such place. Anyway I arrived to pick up my order and the young guys working there were sitting at a table where paying customers eat just doing nothing. Basically just on the clock. The one that helped me acted like I was disturbing him because he was slow to even get up from the table to assist me. He said they didn’t receive my order and attempted to show me the computer screen that there was no order for me. I told him I placed it thru the app which I have done many times before. He said my order went to SC. Again I told him that’s impossible because the Mallard Creek location is saved in the app. He said he didn’t know what happened but they never received my order so it must’ve went to SC. Side note: on my bank statement it shows my order went to Mallard Creek. I was getting more frustrated by the second so I asked for a refund. He told me he can’t give me a refund because the order didn’t come to him. At that point I just left. I returned a few days later and spoke with a “manager” named David who acted as if he could care less that their company had stolen money from me, because let’s be honest, that’s exactly what happened. I paid for food that I never received. I told David that customer service said they forwarded all the information to him and the store owner. He says without even checking that no one sent him anything about a problem with an online order. I asked what he suggested I do and he said to continue speaking with customer service. It’s been two weeks and the owner hasn’t even reached out to me. So at that point I was for sure getting the run around so I’ve contacted the BBB. Beware of this location! There are just lazy low lives working here that does not care about people losing out on their hard earned money as long as they can continue sitting down at the tables and make their $7.25/hr! David the “manager” should be fired for not even having the capacity to “manage” the situation. Just go to the Firehouse a few mins away in Concord and don’t deal with these incompetent idiots! It will save you a headache.

I've been here maybe three times, and definitely no need to go back. Food is good as it's regular chain food quality.

Service is just continually poor. Extremely slow even with no other customers in the store. Employees were clearly not wanting to be there and it showed. I asked for a cup for my drink and was told "Yeah sure I don't care" so I had to get my own cup. My friend and I waited way too long for simple orders.
