My wife and I came in at 8:43 pm, which is close to closing time (9pm). We understand this may be frowned upon, but the establishment is open until 9, and we were ordering our food to-go. We tipped them $5 as a courtesy for coming in late, but we were disrespected anyway. Every worker gave us dirty looks and a bad attitude while we ordered and waited for our food. Another group of people walked in at 8:45pm, and they were told to leave and were not served. Another couple walked in at 8:50, and they were also told to leave. The workers vocally expressed their anger each time consecutive customers entered the building. The two sandwich makers making our food left the store entirely while our bread and some ingredients just sat on the counter, and they did not return until about 10 minutes later. Our food was finally ready at 9:01 pm. Both orders were not correct. I was missing onions, and my wife's sandwich was missing ranch and bacon. She also did not get the free pickle. Our bread was very soggy, and my ingredients were very haphazardly placed on my sandwich. We absolutely will not return to this location. The experience really soured our moods.

I ordered thru Uber Eats. A New York Steamer. The sandwich arrived as cold as Alaska in January. They left off my chips and extra order of pickles. when I called to speak with a manger they said "he ain't been here all day" and hung up. Never again!!

Horrible. Ordered online and as I walked in to pick up the meal I was yelled at by one of the staff. She yelled, "Are you ordering? It's half an hour!" I said I ordered online. She said it didn't matter. There was only one family eating inside and 4 people behind the counter. I get it. Times are tough these days, but shouting at people as they walk in the door is just horrible service. Do yourself a favor and pass on this location unless you like being yelled at or poor service is your jam.

Very dirty inside. They are out of paper towels for restrooms and out of napkins for eating. Dirty tables and spilled soda drinks on them and floor. Will not be back.

I came here on 3/18/21 at around 6:50 or so. I have a fairly complicated order and I am very very picky! The staff at this time made it the best firehouse experience I have had! They got my order exactly to the tee! They greeted me with a smile and didn't say a word about the complicated picky order! I know absolutely no one at this place and this is a completely honest review! This was also my very first time at this location! I will be returning!

Just ate here. Ordered a sub and kids meal. Wasn't given any cups upon checkout. Table around corner with pre stacked cups so I filled it up with water. Lady rudely approached me and said you didn't pay for that. I apologized and explained that I didn't get a cup, so I thought I was suppose to use this one and showed her that it had water. She said, I don't care, you pay for that or I'm taking it. I said that I wasn't paying for tap water, so she grabbed it and walked off. Had to get kids up(toddler) get a water cup and refill. Several other customers noted the rudeness as well.

I like the concept and the mission of Firehouse, I'm just not a huge fan of their sandwiches. Unless you're eating it immediately, it's going to be a bit soggy because of the steaming process. And that's today's problem. So my advice to you is not to get Firehouse delivered or take it to go. Eat it right then and there. Note: Firehouse does not yet (as of January 2020) do a lettuce wrap for those of us on a keto diet. [Review 12868 overall, 184 of 2020.]
Ny first visit to firehouse sub was very upsetting I told the cashier what I wanted and told her No mayonnaise but mustard cause I didn't eat mayonnaise and not heated so am waiting the workers playing around talking loud am waiting the only one in there besides another customer and when did get my sandwich and got long day at work it was all wrog and had mayonnaise on it i will never go to this firehouse again and everyone that i know poor service

One of my favorite places to come have a sub. I came in today with my husband and ordered the drink machine was out but they fixed it as soon as they could! They are always so nice and friendly here! They have great food and the place is clean!

This is a great place to stop and get a quality sub. Very fresh and flavorful. Definitely a go to for a delicious lunch or dinner. I love the hook and ladder but the other subs are good as well. Customer service is great. Mary is always professional and friendly!

I love Firehouse. But today I had to leave without a sandwich. Watch any employee or manager rub his nose multiple times and touch the register with his gloves on and proceed to make sandwiches with dirty gloves. There's a sink right there wash your hands and change gloves!!!

I used to eat at firehouse all the time, but I think they have all but given up on having an exotic array of hot sauce. It's a shame. Next time I'll bring my own I suppose. Pucker butt has the best I wish they would carry some of their stuff.
