Expect your order wrong or missing all your extra items. They cant read and management doesn't care. Also dont even waste your time emailing either. The whole franchise does not care about the customer or our hard earned money. They'll never get my business again

Check your food. I got ripped off today, when I purchased the Beef brisket sandwich. I paid $18. 46 for a large,but it was full of fat. When I got through trimming the fat ,I had a small sandwich. And yhey don't answer the phone, I had to reach out to corporate. This Firehouse subs Suck.

Showed up to get a late dinner (9:30) but was told they were closing. Their door advertises a 10:00pm closing time.
So, do they close on time, then clean or clean to close on time? Not too happy about that. Wonder what company/franchise policy is?

This place either can’t read an online order correctly or the employees are just too lazy to care. Ordered 12 inch sub, received a small one. Asked for honey mustard, no deli mustard, and they put deli mustard. Ordered a Mac and cheese, no Mac and cheese. Coke Zero, but gave me a Diet Coke. It could be so easy

When using the app/website, when you select your sandwich, it automatically selects the combo instead of a single sandwich; you will end up checking out with the combo instead of the single.

FIREHOUSE subs are the best!!!
Could be cleaner, floor was sticky. Service was great even though there were only 2 ppl working. Both associates were great, kind and efficient. I have a gluten allergy and the GF bread they use has a great texture, really close to the original.
