I go to this location once a week and each time it is dirty..from the windows not being clean, bathroom sometimes has no paper towels. There is one associate that is nice the rest do not acknowledge me if im waiting. This is definitely not my favorite Firehouse subs and i love

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a catering order from here and this is what they sent as the veggie option. They should be ASHAMED of serving this!!!!!! Especially taking advantage of larger catering orders. Y'all can do better. I know y'all have more than lettuce and 2 tomato slices!

First of all I love Firehouse just not this location. Service started out fine. As I am writing my review I realized I was not asked if I wanted my pepperoni meatball sub on garlic bread. Missed upsell. Holiday name that starts with promotion. They switched from a free sub to a BOGO. No biggie. We had two Bogo orders. My sister and my niece both have names starting with the letter. My sister's order included a combo. Here's where the issues began. The freestyle machine wasn't freestyling. All the diet / zero / lo call drinks were out. Boo hiss boo! No telling how long the machine has been that way. Thankfully one of the employees came to change the machine. Order is restored or so we thought. We get home with out food. My niece asked for banana peppers on her sub and no pickles. My sister definitively wanted pickles. Guess what? Yep! They got it reversed. My sister & I thought it was double pickle time. Nope. And my niece didn't get the banana peppers. Oddly enough my meatballs weren't piping hot. It's a hot sub by design and we weren't even a five minute drive away. Wa the food on brand? Sure. Wast the restaurant super busy or did we have complicated orders? Nope. Probably won't return to this location any time soon though. I need a location with staff that pays attention to detail. Thankfully we didn't have any allergies to deal with.

By far, it was the worst firehouse I've been to. The girl taking the order was too involved in what was on her phone to take an order. She also wrote down the wrong name.Trash was over full in every canFloor had food bits all over the place. I moved a table, so the edges lined up, and the entire bottom side was so sticky and nasty. It literally felt like someone poured a soda on the bottom and left it.The air return vents were COVERD in thick black dirt/dust.I had to go up and ask for our food because they were called the wrong name.I won't go back to this one EVER!!!
I wish I could give zero stars. Do not go to this University area location. I repeat do not ever go to this location. I was a loyal customer until today. It was by far the worst experience ever!!!!I waited literally 40 minutes to get subs that barely had meat on them. One employee had family in there begging for free food. Another employee was taking chips off the rack near the register and throwing them at her sibling or friend who was sitting at a table near me.I politely asked for a manger who came from the back. I explained to her what happened and asked for her bosses information. She looked at me and walked to the back like nothing happened.No apology or anything.

Placed an online order today for a super simple meal. Grilled cheese and turkey sandwich. The workers somehow managed to forget the turkey on a TURKEY sandwich. I also had to ask for my sides when I picked up, this didn't include the 5 minute wait of waiting for someone to ask if I had a pickup order and the worker struggling to read a name on a bag. Save your money and time with this location.
