My eggs benedict was served cold with undercooked poached egg. Many employees were sitting in the back on their phone leading to slow service.

Everyone enjoyed the food (party of 6). Service was almost non- existent and it wasn't very crowded when we arrived. Server forgot our waters until we were almost finished with our meals. She did not check on us after our food was served. A few in our party also had technical issues with the pay by phone option not working properly. The experience could've been better.

Pros: Perfect location near South Park, plenty of parking, large menu with summer time specials. Reasonable price items and morning drinks.

Our server was excellent... accommodative, pleasant, and attentive. I asked for soft scrambled eggs. No such luck. Other than that, it was a great experience. The new online payment option is also an excellent feature.

Not this time. Lack of cleanliness on the table was still sticky and the waiter tried to clean again splashing soap on me. Not sure if it was holiday staffing or just our waiter/lack of waiter - long wait to be greeted. Forgotten drinks, rushed food, not checking on table. Then nerves to ask at the end “how was everything? And asking to pay at the front” Worst First Watch oven been to out of 10 between NC, AL, GA, and FL.

The coffee tasted really bad and it was pricey, I won't pay $3.99 for it, The Food was ok, we were waiting more than 20min, and the host was very rude in how she welcomed customers. That was last Monday the 16th.

We love first watch, this is the first time we’ve eaten at this location, we are not very happy. All the employees did was stand around talking and not taking care of the customers, food was OK, toast was cold.. what upset me about the breakfast is the place is not very busy and Service was still poor.

Despite it being so busy on a holiday weekend, we got in and seated within 15 minutes of getting into line. The coffee is great, food was fresh as usual, and server was nice. Overall a great experience.

The food was ok. I ordered a million dollar cinnamon roll,but it was only worth $1.50. The first one came out dark with no icing and the gold sprinkles were dumped on it. The second came out the same way with no icing. The waitress admitted they were out of icing. Then why serve something that doesn't look like the menu item and waste two of them. My friend's order was over cooked and bland. First Watch fumbled the ball this time.
