I’ve had a spot in my heart for First Watch since I was first introduced to the restaurant in Bowie, Maryland. But this specific restaurant disappoints my consistently. The service is horrible! No structure to check in, waitresses forget your order, you won’t be asked if you want coffee or water until it’s time to order. The food is hit or miss. One day everything is fresh and amazing or your eggs come out old with burnt bacon. The cocktails and tonic drinks are always a 10/10. Maybe this location would be better as a bar. To sum everything up, horrible service, inconsistent menu items and quality, great drinks with a nice atmosphere.

Extremely disappointed in the experience I had today. Invited a friend to breakfast today because I have always had such great food/service at this First Watch location, but today was the complete opposite. What was supposed to be a 10 minute wait turned into 30+ minutes — not because it was busy — but because we were forgotten about. When I went to inquire about the long wait time, I was told they already thought we had been seated. After finally being seated, it once again took an extremely long time for someone to come get our order. Then it took even longer for our food to arrive and it was lukewarm. Halfway through our meal my friend found lettuce mixed into her oatmeal.

First Watch PLEASE do better. This used to be my favorite breakfast location. I actually bragged to my friend about how great the food and service was at this location and now I’m embarrassed to have brought her here. After today I am very discouraged from returning here in the future.

Though my food was great, once the server brought my food out to me correctly, my server did something that is disgusting, when she brought my food out wrong I touch all over it with my fingers because I was examining the dish because it looked wrong since she realized it was wrong she took my plate into the kitchen a swapped it for the correct dish and took the one I touched to another table simultaneously. It ruined my whole meal because in my head that could have been my food someone touches, it took everything in me not to tell that customer not to eat it. When I asked her about it she told on her self and said she swapped the plates out, I got up and looked to confirm that was my previous diagnosis she gave the customer because when I moved the egg it knocked the items in the plate around a particular way and that how his plate was when I looked at it. DISGUSTING
