My husband and I visited for breakfast and arrived a few minutes after opening. The service was excellent- friendly and helpful. I ate the trifecta- eggs, waffle, and sausage. The food was delicious and well cooked. My husband had an omelette. The accompanying potatoes were cooked beyond crispy to burnt. Otherwise, he also enjoyed his meal. The coffee was nothing special. The coffee mug in our table was dirty when we sat down. There was a used knife under the table and food on the seat. The bathroom was not clean. The trash was full from the night before and the floor was gross. Just after opening. The music volume would have better suited a club.

I work on the service industry myself and i always tip 20% or more. However yesterday was one of the first times i didnt feel like my waitress deserved a tip. It was an old lady, forgot her name, but she treated me poorly and could not even refill my water. I had to wait forever to get a hold of her, and every time she spoke to me was with an attitude and detachment . Food was okay, tho potatoes were kinda burned.

This place does not care about African American customers, I placed an order and I physically watched them cater to and serve non African American customers that arrived 30 mins after we did…….how does someone get served their food within minutes of arriving however the table with the African American customers had to wait close to 40 mins before getting our food

It's hard to find great customer service these days. She went above and beyond with attending to her customers. Your restaurant was busy and she still made us feel we were the only table she was serving. (yes she was that good). She is an amazing waitress. Definitely coming back
