The food is delicious and fresh not like the other restaurants that’s just heated up this is the top restaurant in Charlotte and they deliver I was in rock hill sc at a meeting and still got my food delivered on time good

I have started exploring meal prep companies and really wanted to support local Charlotte more than a mail company. I tried Fit Kitchen Meal Prep. The website is very misleading and allowed me to put information in and order. Someone called the day before to let me know they could not deliver at the time selected, no problem at all! I called back to discuss. The first time I could hear people and noise in the back ground but no one answered the second went to VM. I left a message. Did not hear anything back. Ok whatever. Next day I had not received my meals and it was like 5 so I sent an email- nothing. Then about 630 I receive a call wondering about my address. I had to put my address in when I ordered, but ok. The driver was in Charlotte and I live in Waxhaw. The driver then started telling me that they did not deliver to Waxhaw- ok, but then kept on telling me that. But said he would this one time. Upon delivery he again voiced they did not deliver to this address. The whole thing was very awkward and seemed as if that I was being accused of doing something wrong. I am not sure if the driver was the owner or not. I would probably try to stir clear of this business. Customer service is definitely not a strong suit or a priority. Their website is not right if it let me order and they do not deliver. Great idea, just executed horribly.

I ordered one of each of the fit kitchen meals lunch/dinner this week. Seriously impressed with each one so far! Perfect portions. Fresh and tasty! Have to admit I was pleasantly surprised! Will definitely order again during my get in shape pre-summer diets!

Thank you for making my midterms and final week easier by prepping my meals according to my dietary needs. The meals were well seasoned, fresh and very tasty. My fear was lack of time to maintain a healthy regime when my stress levels were through the roof but fit kitchen meal prep accepted my last minute order without hesistation and offered home delivery to ease my burden. Again, thank you.

I ordered a double order of Philly cheesesteak egg rolls online it said it would be done in 30mins. After 30mins i head inside the restaurant for the man to tel me he was going to email me and tel me he had to me the egg rolls but in fact never did he assured me the wait would be less than 10mins which turned into 20 just for me to get home to this mess. I’m furious that my time and money was wasted and i was beyond hungry such a disappointment i will not be returning and would not recommend very unprofessional!
