Ordered a bacon cheeseburger that had maybe a half strip of bacon in the form of crumbs and I ordered a regular fry that didnt even fill the paper container with literally no bag fries and for these prices?? Egregious

I think this might be the first time I have written a restaurant review, but my whole experience here was strange.
Went to the register where the older man at the counter made fun of me when I stuttered on my burger choice. After being the only customer in the building and paying over $40 for two burgers, fries, and drinks, I didn't expect the food to come out wrong. We took our burgers back up which were not even close to what we ordered, they kindly remade them a second time.
At this point there are two other customers when our burgers come out wrong for the second time. To top it off, the older man just kinda stared at my girlfriend and I while we ate. I'm honestly not even angry, the whole situation was just so strange..

Ordered food through door dash and they gave my food to the wrong person. When I called to ask what was going on they refused to remake my food, had a terrible attitude, refused to give me their name, and hung up on me. When I called back, a different person answered the phone, got a attitude, and hung up on me also.

Great store. Friendly and hard working staff. The store was clean walking in.
Can they change the soda machine from freestyle to regular soda machine to keep flavor consistent.
There is a parking garage. There may be discounted or free parking. Not sure.
For mgmt- I wish there was easy way for parking , maybe cheaper rate. Building design makes it hard for drivers to pick up food.

They need to validate parking. Mine was supposedly validated. As I was leaving it didn't work. Only option is try to find another parking spot and walk back to store. When I did they said the clerk should have waited for a green light on validation machine. If they know this why did they let me end up getting home with ice cold food for my family? Btw I took 4 tries to get greenlight on validation machine. First clerk just didn't care.
