Ask for a burger with everything .. lettuce, tomato, pickles onions ketchup and all the regular.. added the cheese and bacon.. long story short, got the burger and it wasn’t nothin but meat cheese a bacon..

Why do people with long beards and hair not wear beard nets while working with food? Is it religious or specific beliefs? Oh well work somewhere else not around food where your disgusting hair falls out somewhere at some point during your shift

I want to say this is the only FIVE GUYS IN CHARLOTTE !!!! With great fresh food and great customer service the GM JOEDY helped me today along with Mr.Terry ! I had fast friendly customer service . Everything was HOT ! And cooked to perfection . I will definitely be back .

Wouldn’t give me mayo for my fries. Who serves fries and doesn’t have mayo to put on them? I had to go all the way home and eat cold fries just to have mayo.

The customer service here is amazing! The tall guy who was working the register around 15:00 on 01/10/25 deserves recognition for his humility and friendly demeanor. The food is also good!

A good example of why the minimum wage should have not been raised. Took 1 hour from app order to hand over. Get home food is cold. Order is wrong. I’m so mad. Please let me know days and times manager is there. Need refund for time money energy.

I've eaten at many Five Guys and always had very good to great experiences, but this was my first time at this location, and the the first bad experience I've ever had at a Five Guys restaurant. I ordered a "Little Cheeseburger" and they gave me a "Regular" (two patties) and charged me accordingly. My hamburger buns were wet, the fries were over-cooked, they didn't have their little peanut trays out and it took a while to find napkins. Very disappointed!

This place failed in every way. For a $37 price tag for 2 people, we expected more than the sub par service, cold food and filthy conditions. Waited 20 minutes for our food to be ready and none of it was hot. Our burgers were not only cold, but the bottom bun was so saturated with liquid because it sat so long that the bread had completely dissolved. I basically had to eat it with a fork and knife because there was no way to pick this thing up as it just crumbled into a soggy mess. There were several workers behind the counter prepping orders and it looked like most of their focus was on delivery app orders and not on walk in customers. A couple next to us that ordered before us were still waiting for their order well after we got ours. Floors were filthy and slick with oily residue, I was afraid I was going to slip and fall while walking across it. This was a one and done. We will not be back.
