I'll caveat by saying I've noticed five guys across the board not giving fries the way they used to, but if my fries are going to cost 7 dollars (ordered a regular), I expect the white cup and then some. This didn't even cover the bottom of the bag with the cup poured out. Hope they start fixing this.

Why are the male employees using the womens room constantly? Urine all over the fllor by the bowl from the drip. Caught one sitting on the bowl with door unlocked before. I could say more but ppl need their jobs. THIS IS NOT YOUR HOME! Very tall very skinny

I just left there and the food was terrible. Fries were out laying on the grille to keep them warm. They were greasy and cold.

There was about 5 customers, and 7 employees… standing around talking… they still got my order wrong and it took @45 min to get 3 burgers and 2 small fries. :/ The lady at the register was super nice which saved them from getting a 1 star!It’s definitely on the $$$ side for what it is…A small FF is “large” and you need to eat them while they are hot!!Vegetarian options: The veggie sandwich with all the grilled veggies and you can add cheese if you like is great!!! You can also ask for any sandwich as a lettuce wrap in lieu of a bun.Parking: They validate your parking ticket for the parking garage right beside them at the one on South Blvd in Charlotte.
