I was there this evening and I ordered to go. I ordered a hamburger bowl without a bun because I’m breastfeeding a baby with dairy intolerance and they gave me a cheeseburger. I did not realize until I got back home and cannot eat it. Large fry portion was very small also. We have not had great experiences here unfortunately we won’t be returning.

It seems like they’ve either switched to a poor quality of potatoes or the team has completely forgotten how to make fries properly. I wouldn’t recommend trying the fries at this location if you want to keep your love for Five Guys intact. Skip the fries here and save your taste buds!

My experience at this location was less than pleasant due to the attitude of the young lady at the register, who appeared disinterested in her work. Although my food was supposed to be ready in 8 minutes, I ended up waiting in the store for the fries. After waiting for about 5-6 minutes, the fries were overcooked, which is not typical for Five Guys. Despite its proximity to my house, I will avoid this location in the future. I prefer to go out of my way for better customer service and food quality, especially since Five Guys is considered a premium fast food establishment.
