When I pay $17 for a burger and fries I expect it to be good, but that was not the case. My burger was undercooked with a soggy bun that I ended up discarding. And the fries were overcooked. It was a very disappointing experience. I used to love 5 guys but I definitely won't be returning, at least not to this one. The peanuts were the highlight of the meal, and of course those are free.

These people literally ignore you until they absolutely have to address that you're in the restaurant waiting to pick up an order. They will straight up look at you and not even acknowledge you. No more of my money going to this location.

Customer service kinda sucks a lot Walked in for an uber eats pick up it was like 5 min before someone came to help me someone did say hello win I walked in then she tells me it will be a minute that the order just came in but I saw it siting still connected to the ticket machine when I walk in so it was siting there for at least 5 mins but also she was just bs if I have the order on my phone they have it

We stopped here to grab lunch after a haircut at Suave barbershop.
My son and I shared a hefty Bacon Cheeseburger with the delicious fries! OMG! It was good!

I ordered three burgers, two with bacon and one with mushrooms and none were made correctly. The two bacon burgers came without bacon, and the one with mushrooms had no mushrooms at all. To make it worse, one burger didn’t even have a patty, just soggy bread with lettuce and tomatoes and the regular burger had only one patty.
Clearly, there was no attention to detail when preparing the order. I called the store, and while they did offer a refund, they said I’d have to drive back 25 minutes to get it. That’s not acceptable after such a big mistake.
