The fries have been soggy and under seasoned both times I've been to this location. They also don't really give extra fries in the bag, which is half the reason to even get Five Guys.

I’m at work & decided to get lunch with my coworkers. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, when I went to take another bite there was a hair in it, like a tight coil piece of hair from a beard or something. Melted right in the cheese. Straight up turned my stomach. My husband called to tell them, trying to get a refund since there is no way I’d want another one. They would not issue one unless I brought it back in. I’m at work, cannot leave & work night shift.

All drinks in the soda machine are calibrated with low syrup to save a buck. Tasted like lightly sweetened carbonated water. Also, the burgers are supposed to be cooked well done, one of the patties was medium rare. Last time I spend $42 at this Five Guys. Won’t be back due to the drink situation.

Ordered on June 25 2025 at 1:42pm. All food recieved from five guys on tryon seem to be a day old and stale. All fries were burnt, stale and hard. The burgers were old, hard , stale and cold. The mayo taste spoiled. I had to throw our lunch out. Tried to submit a complaint on their website and was met with an error.

Good food we tell the man behind the counter, but he just ignore us
Look, the burger and fries tasted fine. Nothing wrong with them. But let’s be real. For the price, I expected my burger to sing show tunes and the fries to solve world peace. Service was meh. Took just long enough to wonder if they were aging the beef. Sitting inside felt like a school cafeteria with better lighting. Not awful, just blah. If you’re charging that much for a basic meal, it better be unforgettable. This wasn’t.
Parking is bad or you gotta walk.

been about 5 years since last visit because of cost and mediocre food and service. Only thing that changed was it's now almost $40 for lunch for two, no extras. Order was wrong, replacement sandwich was nearly raw, third one was edible. Won't be going back, I don't care how good the fries are. Golden Arches across the street will get my business.
I had not been to Five Guys in like years. That was a absolutely delicious burger. I came in with my son and there was a cashier she has glasses looks like she was the manager. She was real cool. Staff was friendly. They spoke to me as soon as I entered. Great atmosphere. I will be back!

Cause your employees have the damn music so loud.. and you can't hear yourself think and can't have a civil conversation over lunch with your wife . Then what good is that.. Been to many a 5-guys to eat at from the beach to the mountains in TN and all around NC ... I can't say that I want to ever visit this one again in SC just over the NC state line on hwy460 & 160 intersection
