i got 1 cheeseburger and i asked for just cheese, for my brother who is very picky of his food. and they somehow messed up the singular order of one cheeseburger and give me one with mushrooms on it???? i check the receipt and it says cheeseburger with nothing else on it. why is there mushrooms???

The people were great but my order was wrong the first time and they remade my order, and then the mushrooms in that order were so dry there were actually hard. Didn’t complain about it there because I felt bad but it was like actual rocks, so I took it out and had the burger lol

Mobile ordered a simple burger and fries at 6:30 pm. Got my food at 7:30. Pretty much watched around 10 people get their orders before I got mine.
Don't order mobile if you want your food in a decent amount of time. They don't care about it.

We didn’t receive all the items we requested on our little cheeseburgers. My wife carried them up to the counter to let them know . They seemed uninterested in fixing their mistake and only wanted to put the items on a paper so we could put them on . We would have to wait while they prepared them…thus making our cheeseburgers cold . They should have remade the little cheeseburgers the way we originally ordered them . The trash cans were full and the restrooms were dirty . Management was lacking . Only teenagers running the place . Thus that’s why their business is off as they weren’t busy on a Saturday night .

I love 5 guys. Food is cooked to order, fresh and tasty and the staff are always friendly and courteous. I wouldn't say the decor is anything to write home about but hey you can't have everything. They had free peanuts in the shell but they have gone away. Like everything else the prices are a little to high about 20%. But that is life.

This five guys has shown me what it’s supposed to be like going into a five guys. I experience better customer service here than I do some 5 star restaurants I’ve been to. As soon as I walk in I’m always immediately greeted and feel welcomed into the restaurant. Props to the staff more than anything
