Not sure if itās a 5 Guys corporate thing but this location continues to skimp out on the fries. Just now I picked up an order and they donāt even use the cups anymore. Way smaller bag as ālarge friesā for the same old price. Really disappointed.
Might be time to find another burger place.

One of my sons has a severe peanut allergy but absolutely loves Five Guys burgers. The manager (I didnāt catch his name) personally walked our order through the entire process to ensure there was no cross-contamination.
His care, attention, and genuine concern made all the difference. It was such a reassuring and positive experience, and it meant a lot to our family. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Fries were not done. Had to take them home and put them in the air fryer to finish cooking them. I wish they asked if you wanted cheese on your burger. Who eats a burger with no cheese? Probably my last visit here.
i always have a good experience at this place. i work in the shopping center so i come for my lunch. everyone is nice. i feel like the wait time to get my foods is timely considering they make it fresh and they put together the burger very well. one time i forgot my card and the guy at the counter was very patient and kind to me and they made the food while i went to get my card. 10/10!

Rubbery thin bacon (usually thick and crispy even though I haven't been to a Five guys in a few months), barely any fries (for an $8 large fry I was severely disappointed). Nothing wrong with the people or service but the food was lacking and that's not something that's usually an issue with a place that's been consistently quality over the years, even worse considering the price these days.

Too expensive and it became a take-out placeā¦ back to 2020, the burger was almost half of the price, now
i got 1 cheeseburger and i asked for just cheese, for my brother who is very picky of his food. and they somehow messed up the singular order of one cheeseburger and give me one with mushrooms on it???? i check the receipt and it says cheeseburger with nothing else on it. why is there mushrooms???

The people were great but my order was wrong the first time and they remade my order, and then the mushrooms in that order were so dry there were actually hard. Didnāt complain about it there because I felt bad but it was like actual rocks, so I took it out and had the burger lol
