Cleanest 5 guys I’ve ever been in and I’ve visited their stores from Virginia to NC. The staff here is always professional and extremely friendly. I have a closer 5 guys but always come here.

This chain policy of making you stand there for five or 10 minutes while they cook french fries, while your burger gets completely ruined is the most asinine thing I’ve ever witnessed. There’s nothing like paying $60 for a sack of cheeseburgers and watching them turn into a sopping wet mess Just so they can have this self-righteous french fry policy. What a waste of money on a policy that DETRACTS from food quality.

Food is always made to order and fresh! Customer service is so awesome, they speak you as soon as walk in and they are so kind.
Great place to eat and have an American burger and fries. Milkshakes are good!!

Definitely a fresh, quality burger... but not actually my favorite. There's just not enough savory meatiness, even with a double or triple patty. The flavor of the meat doesn't come through. If you like fresh lettuce and tomato and a decent bun, though, Five Guys comes through.
Their Cajun fries are good and they give you a ton.
