First time here today and everyone and everything was AMAZING ❤️❤️❤️ the young lady at the front that took our order and brought us our food was the absolute best. We had the chicken strip meal and traditional wings meal added fries, our food was hot and fresh and definitely worth the money my husband definitely enjoyed the wings. It's a hidden GEM and a must try !!!!

First time ordering pick up since I was out. When I got home order was clearly wrong(looks like boxes were wrong since I did get the right sauce and veggies) I called to inform them of the mix up and was right away told that I got my order as well as someone else’s…which as pictured is not the case since I paid extra for all flats. They offered to remake it which I agreed to for a future date. Then I got a call were they asked me to bring the food back…as if I’m gonna keep a giant bag laying around.Food quality is honestly not bad which is why it’s not a 1 star review. Young lady who reached out seemed a bit nervous so I’m assuming it was someone else requesting her to reach back out and make the unorthodox request.

But let's talk about this so called "Kids Meal". 2 SCRAWNY chicken tenders, no bigger than my index finger, a bread stick, and some celery, carrots and ranch for $6? Y'all ought to be ashamed of yourselves. That was definitely not enough food for a kids meal. If anything, 6 strips and at least some fries for $6 would have been a reasonable price. Because the so called kids meal y'all selling ain't enough to feed a newborn.

New rule that I've put into place for myself. If I'm asked to tip before I get my food & service is complete, I will not be back. I got my own drink and threw away my own trash, yet I was prompted to tip as much as 25% For what? This is a management decision that I will not support. It immediately made the girl taking my order get an attitude. See how that works.

I recently visited Flip-a-Lo’s in Charlotte, NC, and had a great dining experience. The friendly staff made me feel welcome. The casual, vibrant ambiance is perfect for a relaxed meal. I ordered their signature wings, which were crispy and flavorful. The portions are generous and reasonably priced. The fries were crispy, the coleslaw fresh, and the mac and cheese rich. The attention to detail shows the team cares about providing a good dining experience. Overall, Flip-a-Lo’s exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it. Four stars!
