Had an amazing meal always consistent on the good . Love the small menu and the atmosphere . Best bread in Charlotte . Amazing food and service .
The food was horrible. This was my 2nd time there with the same experience. I went back as everyone raves about it. Both my friend and I had the short ribs with mushroom ravioli and the short ribs were extremely over cooked and the ravioli had zero taste.
The burrata and bread and butter were actually my favs. The fish was served with no sides and so I got a vegetable plate to accompany and the vegetables were really good though thought it odd that the fish was the only dish with consider. I tried the tortellini and it was good but not amazing. The service was fantastic.
This place is a true Charlotte gem run by an incredible chef who executes a thoughtful, creative take on Italian wood fired dishes that should not be missed. Start with the cerviche which was light and fresh with loads of flavor. The homemade pasta was excellent with a variety of presentations that proved delicious. The duck entree was served perfectly seared with an amazing savory current(?) sauce on the side. Highly recommend this cozy spot for predictably great food.
We celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary at Flour Shop- it was so amazing! I am gluten and dairy free and they totally accommodated me! We will be back soon!!!!
Amazing fresh pasta!! Chelsea Rose explained the menu to this Ol country bumpkin and was kind & funny. We only go out once a month and this was a great experience. Will definitely go back. 👍🏼👍🏼

Loved their selection and their hand made pasta is the BEST. Love their patio too.

My food was cold, but still tasty. Everyone else's was warm. Not sure what happened there. I got the mushroom occhi
The menu is changed up frequently, which I love, but this most recent time there weren't a lot of appealing options. Thought there would have been more seasonal dishes.
Great food. Intimate seating makes it challenging to have private conversations. Decibel level of conversation next to you may impact your dining experience.

We just moved to the area and discovered the Flour Shop. Outstanding food and great service. Best pasta we have had in Charlotte.

This used to be one of our favorite spots and we made it a priority to get their takeout meals during covid to make sure it stayed open. Our last few visits have been underwhelming. I feel like it's dropped across the board, from service to food. Its the little things like paying attention to empty drinks and lack of small plates
Chelsea, the bartender was excellent. I thought the squid in pasta was a little overcooked. Not sure I agree with the price point for Charlotte. With all that, I would definitely go back.
Both pastas were VERY salty. Like enough to make you drink 2-3 extra glasses of water. I’m not picky and I usually don’t mind extra salt. We got the bolognese with ricotta & gnocchi and the spinach pesto tortellini. Could absolutely not finish the bolognese sauce/meat but the gnocchi was good. The burrata was good, but doesn’t even come with enough bread to finish it (we later asked for extra bread so that helped!)
Overall not worth the price because the pasta was disappointing. I really wanted to love this place since it’s locally sourced and scratch made :(
