It's been years since I've been here and now I remember why. My grits were awesome! But.....the grits were more creamy than the sausage gravy which is why I went there.... disappointed! Service was great!

Amazing! Our recent brunch experience was at this place! Our waitress, Cat, was incredible - the best service we’ve ever had. The restaurant was super cool and the food was great. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals.

The Flying Biscuit has become a staple since I moved to Charlotte and I always bring my family and friends when they are in town. The service, food, and atmosphere are unmatched- Gyasi especially deserves a shout-out as he's always attentive whenever I get them

Was visiting a friend who recently moved in the area. It was their first time coming here and also mine. Wanted some nice breakfast and this place had nice ratings. The service is fine. The atmosphere is what i would expect from chattering diners. The decor was great. Loved the painted artsy images painted everywhere in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food didn't reach the same height of the environment for me. I ordered a Hollywood omelette with mixed fruit and added chicken sausage. They say people eat with their eyes, well, the omelette looked really sad. I've made more vibrant and better tasting omelettes. The mixed fruit was good. It was the best thing that came with my order. The chicken sausage was hard and dry and barely warm. My friend thought his potatoes were overly salty and couldn't eat them.
The order came out rather fast and so it makes me think the food in particularly the sausage and potatoes weren't cooked to order and felt more like food that's been sitting under warming lights.

I wasn't wowed over nor was my friend, but, that was the experience. Others may be fond of this place. I wouldn't sway anyone from going, but, I'm not coming back.

Everything was great. Our waiter Chymia was such a help and very pleasant. She told my husband to tell her what he wanted and then she showed him a meal that offered all of what he wanted and more.

We went back today with friends and as usual everything was wonderful. Kebra was our server and she was so kind and efficient! Our food came out in a timely manner and everything was so delicious! We love the flying biscuit on Park Road. We will definitely be back.

James is the best server! Hangover Hash is delicious!

I was seated promptly for a party of 1. My food was delicious as expected. Great customer service. Variety of food choices. This was a Sunday after church. I ordered several Entrees to take home for the week.
