Coming from LA I got a chance to eat here, outstanding customer service and the seasoned and familiar taste of a home made food is great, brings back memories. Great restaurant

This was the first and last time coming to this place. First off when we were sat the table was dirty. Our server wasn’t even known until we asked. Wilfredo was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! We had to ask for everything. Napkins, silverware, a salsa dish. We had margaritas and wasn’t offered any water. When our food arrived the tacos were soggy. We asked for silverware and wasn’t offered any told we don’t usually use silverware for that food… regardless we should’ve still had it on the table. We asked to speak to the manager to let her know of our horrible service. Then when Wilfredo came to pick up the check he mockingly asked if everything was ok. We will never return.

Neve ever again… customer service is horrible. The people who work s there don’t even know their menu. I ordered chimichanga and when I got there to pick it up they wanted give me chicken tenders because they don’t sale chimichangas there 🫣😂 on top of everything, after the bad moment I passed there, they charged the chimichanga and the chicken fingers as well. I got upset and didn’t want the food, but they took my card and charged for something I didn’t take. Do not recommend this place at all… the owner probably don’t know the employees he have🥲 bad bad bad

Check the dishes because they bring surprises. For example I ordered some chilaquiles and they always give me a piece of steak wherever I go. Or fried egg but on the menu if you read it it says 4.99 chicken or steak. And the chilaquiles menu is 12.99 plus taxes, that is, 13 +5 It's 18 +tax. + tip 5 + soda 3.50 Maybe 21 or 22 dollars for some chilaquiles
Excellent service and I recommend the barbecue on Saturdays and Sundays, it is delicious. The only bad thing is that they charge you an 18% tip, whether there are 2 or more people, check your account before paying because they only put it there and even if the food is to go, they charge you automatically 18% tip...be careful when paying ??️?️

The service is inept when ordering by phone and they were not able to take my card number. I arrived at the restaurant and paid for my entire order and it turns out that I am missing a plate of food and they tell me that they cannot give me a refund by calling my card. When it was clearly not my fault, the pupusas should be more efficient, they are all burnt and so it is rubbish. Before, the food was better and the service and now everything has changed.
