i always love ordering from here since it's always fresh even when i uber eats it. it also never takes that long for the food. the service is good and what really stuck out to me is when i ordered the wrong thing and they were nice enough to not charge me and get me what i wanted. you can't dine in only take out but still satisfied.

Not expecting 5 star quality, just at least edible food.This place used to be pretty good. My family used to order takeout from here, once a month because the kids like Chinese food, so we gave them another try after a bad experience.NEVER EVER again!!! Ordered a couple General TSO around 6:30p on a Friday. The chicken was extremely CHEWY (like a cheap steak) and could not be swallowed.After trying a few pieces of chicken from both orders and they all being the same (chewy), we placed both orders in the trash.Good friendly people but sadly if anyone were to ask me, I would highly recommend that they NOT order from this place because of the quality (being edible) of the food.

We ordered from them once & food was decent. However when my mother who was visiting & is vegetarian looked at tofu options, there are several options. But there is no description on how prepared or what is in it. She called to ask & a man in an American voice answered. She said he was very gruff & not at all helpful. He said it was all the same. Reluctantly we still ordered because nothing else was open New Years Day. My husbands General Tso’s was good & so was my mothers but she had to pick out certain unwanted veg she didn’t like. Mine was horrible. The instructions I asked for were not listened to & mine went in trash. We thought we would try again, however after seeing review of someone having a WORM ? on a piece of broccoli, we decided we will never order again. How horrible!

I was then told that 2 different people had checked my order and it must have been the driver. It wasn't the driver. Yall messed up. And I didn't even get a fortune cookie. The food isn't even that great and it's cold. Do better!!

I rate four stars because the spring rolls and service were top notch. But the steamed shrimp and veggies w| brown sauce left much to be desired. The brown sauce tasted like it may have been canned. I’m from Raleigh and I’m realizing Charlotte food just don’t hit the same. The shrimp had a white slimy film around them which the attendant explained came from the corn starch they cleaned them in. I was thrown completely off by the texture and look of it. The attendant made it right, however, and was polite about it. A lot of Chinese restaurants owners / workers have a very mean demeanor but he was accommodating and respectful and I really appreciate that! Thank you.
