They must have a new cook. For the first time, my food was disgusting. The rice had a bad smell and taste, the chicken was all clumped together. Won’t ever return.

The food was dry and unseasoned. I told them that I did not like my food, he told me he could not give me a refund. I left my food there to show them just how nasty it was. Poor customer service when you give them two full plates of food that has not been eaten and they do not want to refund your money. There's nothing authentic about this food at all.

I shop at the family dollar frequently in which is located a few stores down from Fortune Cookie. I would always see a good amount of people in/ Out of there which led me to believe. They must have good food. Let's start with the boneless Spare Ribs, shrimp fried rice. The rice was yellow? I received 3 extremely small shrimp and the spare ribs had an odd after taste, which made my stomach upset for an entire evening. Their house soup barely had any broth. My daughter has the beef with broccoli. The sauce was watery and she as well thought the meat tasted weird. I have no ideal why they have frequent customers. They can't cook. Horrible Food
I’ve been to several Fortune Cookies. This has got to be the best one. The girl named T was so professional and helpful. She was so nice and patience. She helped me pick out what I want since I was so indecisive. Food was super fresh and delicious. Portion was really good for the price I paid!
