8/17/2019 I came to Fox & Hound to watch the UFC fight and eat some dinner. I ordered the dry rub wings and brussel sprouts. Both were delicious! They have some good bar food!

Always loveeeee Fox and Hound. Food is great. Service is even better. The Nachos used to be amazing. Not sure what changed but not so good anymore. Hoping this is fixed but still wont stop me from dining here!!!

The service was subpar , it seemed like the waitresses didn't want to work and we had to chase them, though place was not busy at all . They apologized but still it doesn't seem they are trained well , the food was average , drink prices were good but the pool was overpriced .

I travel all over the country. I always enjoy coming back to the Fox and Hound in Charlotte. When I'm in town at least stop by there for the killer French onion soup and unique sandwich selection. Matt was awesome. Another great experience.

Good food. Service was ok. I didn't like that the server complained to us about other tables coming in and how busy he was. He should be happy people are coming in. That's how he makes money.

I attended a retirement party here tonight. Great environment for a group get together or to just grab a beer at the bar. Casual atmosphere and very good food. I had the boneless wings... yummy!
The bartender is the only reason they are getting 2 stars. She greeted us when we arrived, told us to sit anywhere, and after 15 minutes waiting on the server, the BARTENDER came over to take our order. We weren't even drinking alcohol. She apologized for the waitress not being there. We NEVER ONCE SAW THE WAITRESS AT OUR TABLE. She was too busy chatting with the ONLY other occupied table in the place. Seriously. There were 2 tables with people and we were 1 of them. The bartender brought our food, cleared our table and checked us out. The whole time apologizing for the waitress and asking us to please try the place again. I guess Monday is not the night to go here. This was our 1st visit. We decided to try this location vs the one on Pineville-Matthews. We'll go back to Pineville-Matthews next time.

This used to be the place to hang out in Ballantyne years ago, but poor management has brought it down. They do not clean, the outdoor area lacks umbrellas and nice chairs. The only people left are a few regulars.

After being a patron of the establishment and frequenting on a daily basis for a 5 month period, I must say I am very disappointed. While the service is on par and the staff and bartenders are friendly and attentive, management seems to not care about loyal patrons and customers. As a guest, management makes you feel as if THEY DID YOU A FAVOR that you arrived. At 2pm on a Tuesday as a "regular" you politely ask for sound for a sporting event and management cannot be bothered. Three, yes I said three, patrons were in the restaurant and an accommodation was bothersome. Having never asked for an accommodation before and after X number of THOUSANDS of dollars spent patronizing the establishment (yes thousands in 3 months) this should not have been hard. Loyal patrons should not be belittled and the general manager should know better!!!!!! An apology goes a long way and his pride and ego won't allow it.

We stopped here recently and really enjoyed the food. Our server was helpful and very nice. They have Red Oak on tap, which I don't find very often. I was looking forward to flautas, but they took them off the menu. Settled on fish and chips which was absolutely delicious. Well, the fish was. The chips are just your average sports bar fries. However, I will go back for the fish and Red Oak!
