Chanel was our server - we sat at one of the high tops by the bar and she took great care of us. She was friendly and attentive and on top of everything. We had the ricotta appetizer which was perfect: fresh and light and a few glasses of Malbec. We came in later in the evening so we will def be back to try the entrees as well as enjoy Chanel’s service again!

Chanel’s service was exquisite! I am very grateful for her knowledge and attentiveness ensuring I was comfortable and satisfied. It’s very rare to find a server so hands on, so when you do find one, you want to keep coming back. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!! Thank you Chanel!

Came on a Saturday night and sat at the bar. Had a lovely evening with Chanel as our wine tender. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the various wines we tried, and was just so lovely. We got the donuts, which were delectable. Will definitely be back!

The Dilworth location has always exceeded expectation; however, if you are fortunate enough to dine with Chanel, she can offer you a wine excursion that is unmatched in the Charlotte area. I could not speak highly enough of the experience we had at Foxcroft with Chanel.

My friend and I checked out this location yesterday evening and we had one of the most disappointing experience.

The service was simply horrible. To start off we began with a male server that never checked back we had to flag him down every-time. Then he just disappeared and we got another server she was sweet, but once again disappeared with no communication. After that things really went down hill. The two servers (male & female) that were taking over in the late evening were some of the rudest people. Keep in mind we were left without a sever for almost an hour. We tried to order more donuts and flag the male down and his first words was "who’s your server" we explained we didn’t have one. Once again we were left stranded no server no service. I had to go up to the register inside to ask for a knife and the female server made the rudest comment by saying "for a donut" I proceeded to say well yes "it’s a big donut". She acted as if a guest asking for a knife was a chore. Finally we flagged down the manager and explain the piss poor service we’ve been receiving. She gave a fake apology and took off a whopping $5 off our check!! $5 is not enough for the night we had especially when we spent almost $200. As minorities we felt very shunned and it’s hard not to bring race into it when we are watching white guests get checked on, brought things with all smiles and giggles. The two servers that were working that night had no problem being kind and providing excellent service for other tables but us. My friend and I will not be coming back here and spending our hard earn money just to be ignored and disrespected. We will be contacting higher management about this situation it was unacceptable.

A fantastic place to go for *any* type of meal - date nights, friends, wine tastings, social hours...a great destination for all purposes.The wine selection is deep and high quality at every price point, the menu has potential options for virtually every taste (don't be fooled that it's a page in total - the diversity is top notch), and the staff is well informed for all requests regardless of food or drink.A couple of things to catch:- While it's great inside as well, Foxcroft really shines from Spring through Fall, where the patio is a fantastic place to grab a bite or have a glass of wine.- The periodic tastings are a great opportunity for new fans of wine to learn about all aspects of the product, and introduce new options to long-time aficionados. Worth a try!- Just another shoutout to the staff. Quality folks.

Delicious food, beautiful atmosphere but would have loved them to turn up the thermostat. Ate with our coats on. Our server was a bit quirky but all in all, awesome. Will return.

Soooo happy we finally came here! Our only regret is that we didn’t come sooner. 100% worth the visit or two or many haha. My wife and I got wine flights that were tasty. For an app we got Burrata. It had a lot of fall flavors and it almost was like a dessert. Sooo goood!For dinner, we got the Pork Osso Bucco and the Sausage Rigatoni. The pork was soooo tender/flavorful and the mushroom risotto side was good too. The rigtoni was exceptional too! They were both great choices.Last, but not least, one of our servers Megan was so sweet and chatted with us for a bit after we paid our bill. We will definitely be back to visit. We felt very welcome :)

Really great selection of wines that you can buy and take home or buy and drink at the table. We only had the apps-- the truffle fries were amazing! Lastly, the service was great and it was a great ambiance especially on the patio where we sat. Easy parking too in the lot!
