The young lady at the window was not present at work. Too busy laughing and playing 8.24.25 around 830pm. However, the strawberry custer delicious and onion rings good crisp and tasty. Food good the one person not so good. Work eithic and customer service is almost gone from these places we all shop and buy products.

Sarah, and the young white lady gave me the worst time about picking up am online order. They forget that we who do online pick up for deliveries are also customers too I have never seen such blatant nice nasty passive aggressive behavior in a very long time. I got in the line in the Drive-Thru thinking I was going to pick up my lunch as I was picking up another order and I was told that I could order my lunch but then I would have to park my car and go inside to pick up the online order. I asked the young white girl for a manager and then I got Sarah who gives me the order and says just so you know we are being nice to you this time. And now I'm saying just so you know I will never be a customer at Freddy Frozen's custard shop or whatever you guys call yourself in this lifetime Chick-fil-A is right next door and I'm more than happy to go across the driveway to eat their food. I can absolutely see why this place is never busy, I will never spend my money where the customer service is subpar it doesn't take much to hand an order out of a window

Dear Freddy’s Management,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the current conditions at your 3811 Corning Place store. During my recent visit, I noticed that the store did not have functioning air conditioning, making the environment extremely uncomfortable for both customers and staff.

With the recent high temperatures, the lack of air circulation not only affects the overall shopping experience but also raises serious concerns about the health and safety of those inside the store. Prolonged exposure to heat can be dangerous, especially for young children, elderly individuals, and your employees who work long hours.

I hope this issue is being addressed with urgency. A comfortable, safe environment should be a top priority for any customer-facing business, especially one with food service.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit.

The burger was very thin. The fries very dry over priced on everything. Charged for a snack for the kids meal then took his drink away.

Dry...dry...dry.
Can't say enough how dry their burgers are. They smash them to a molecule thickness, removing all flavor and taste. Their pretend ice cream is barely tolerable. Employees couldn't care if you were there or not. Many other better choices around. Wish there was a Culvers in this area.

Very good food except the last couple of times everything has been extremely salty. Abnormally salty.

Great tasting burgers, and one of the best fries around. Lots of different tipping sauces to try and a very clean, open and old-school kind of burger joint.

Drive-through pretty quick and it’s a very unique option. If you haven’t tried it, I would highly recommend it.

Would just love to know why it’s been so salty lately.

My recommendation would be to taper that down and let people add salt to their liking
