I really enjoy the food,service,and the cleanliness. The only problem is that I ordered a chocolate waffle cone and a burger with ketchup. And I got a chocolate waffle cone,no napkins,and a steak burger. But however we did get a refund and the food was delicious.

Just went through the drive thru, but this is def one of my favorite fast food locations. Shoestring fries and smashburgers with a malt hits like very few comfort fastfood. and the flavor and quality just Leagues above McDonald's for at this point same price or less.
The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The Chilli Hot Dogs were great but not as good as the service. THANK YOU!! Also love the waffle cones

It's good, no doubt. Nothing crazy special. Typical burgers(only come doubles), fries are string. Shakes are tasty but not fresh. Overall it's great if you're craving that taste of old fashion burger, fries and shake.

HOWEVER this specific location is suffering in cleanliness and quality of personnel. When I was there today (10/19/19) every table was dirty and every employee was surly. No eye contact. No smiles. No replies to "Hi" !? Not a word said.

Honestly, I love other locations. This one is a miss. The drive-thru person was so busy with her friend that it made me feel like I was interrupting her by having her do her job. Stop personal conversations, deal with the customer, and then chat again. But also make eye contact with customers.Edit to add. Filled out the form online on Sunday night. It is now Wednesday night, no reply.

If you are in the drive thru or about to enter this ridiculous place i encourage you to drive away. NEVER have I ever seen a big piece of hair in my food. Plus no one was working they were all chit chatting and being rude. Horrible place do not eat here.

Ordered and waited for pickup. The wife's sandwich was was made incorrectly. Left off cheese and bacon. Cooked cheese in and bacon in tray and it melted. Associate, use that term loosely, said here you go. I said he needed to remake sandwich. He took my wife's tray and threw it across the room in the trash. Took their time on the remake and even made fun of the fact that he had to remake. Not a manager in sight. Place was crazy expensive and the juice was not worth the squeeze!
