Nice brewery! Had a lager and a hazy IPA while here. Both beers were solid for their style. I just visited Salud Cerveceria Brewery before this and while Free Range may be a bit below their level it’s still an enjoyable brewery nonetheless. Staff were very friendly and personable and definitely elevated the experience. I’d visit again and get some higher ABV options next time.

Excellent creative beers. Cold brew coffee on tap too. And refreshing non-alcoholic options, a rotating shrub and kombucha. Food trucks too. Instagram has updates on live bands and events.

A wonderful collection of delicious beers and spirits, Free Range Brewing has proven to be our new “go to” spot for a beer and a visit. Ample seating and service with a smile, there is always artwork to see and people to meet both inside and out. Well behaved dogs are always welcome and you will meet plenty of them while you enjoy this unique spot. Need a snack or a full fledged meal? Rhino Market is 100 feet away. Enjoy!

Stopped in on Sunday 4/6/25 around 3pm. Ordered three lemon drops, which was a premix, and was charged around $22. The bartender processed my payment, returned my card, and walked away, started helping someone else. At no time was I give a receipt or asked to sign for the transaction. Left shortly after as I was part of a tour bus and we were heading to the next location. Around 10 pm I saw a transaction alert for my credit card for an additional $5. When I did the math it was exactly 25% of the amount I was originally charged. Apparently the bartender thought he deserved a 25% tip on a $22 tab that HE never closed out for premixed watered-down alcohol. The $5 isn't the issue here, the actions of the bartender is what's upsetting. Is this normal practice for this brewery? Or is the bartender to blame? How many customers do they do this to on a regular basis? Did he purposely not give me a receipt so he could leave the tab open and adjust it later? Too many red flags for me.

Easy spot to grab a drink in Camp North End. Cute patio out back with city views!

I really wish they had cocktails (they have liquor but no cocktails). I improvised by getting the frozen lemonade and having them add vodka. It was good!

Pretty good brewery with an interesting twist, they focus on the “percent” local ingredients and actually measure that on their display boards with each beer they have. Quality is good, not amazing. Location is good with a outdoor area and projection TV and stage. Good place to swing by.
