Love Mrs Fresh, she makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in. Never had a bad meal, catfish and salmon cakes are my go to.

My mother and I have found a new favorite spot today!! She had the turkey wings Mac n cheese and string beans I had the grilled rainbow fish Mac n cheese and yams and OMG!!! This food was AMAZING!!! Will be back again

I really loved this place! The owner was the kindest person I met in NC that week. Explained food allergies and detailed the menu for me and my wife. The Catfish was wonderful and the side were great! Been telling my NC friends about it since we visited!

What a great experience! I don't give 5 stars easily, but this place deserves it! The staff here are outstanding and the food is excellent. I can say I had one of the best salmon cakes here! Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! The pork chops eere also on point, as well as their shrimp. Everything was soooo flavorful! Highly recommend!

What a great little restaurant tucked in a small storefront located in a residential area in the city. Loved the down-home food and the seafood was really good! Service was amazing!

The food is delicious. However the service could be a little better. I understand the establishment is ran by elderly people but it does not give you the right to look down on those who are younger than you are. I walked in with my husband after church and the woman who I presume is the owner did not even speak. Although she spoke to others who were older coming in and out of the restaurant. She also began to profusely spray FEBREEZE in our direction while we waited on our to go order. I have bad allergies and I can’t use certain air fresheners which is why I don’t sit down at restaurants. Also, she was talking about us to another customer at the bar to another big elderly woman who also didn’t mind sending us nasty looks. Idk if she was implying that we smelled or what but that made me feel really uncomfortable!
