First time ordering from here and lived 7 years in Philly. Really cool concept for this place and the other restaurants there. But the food was subpar. Beef was chewy. I also found a piece of glass in it while I was chewing. Called them to complain and they said “thanks for letting us know. We don’t even have glass around us”. Definitely don’t recommend this place.EDIT: Food not shown, just the picture of the glass. Plate was used as this is a takeout only restaurant. I never asked for a refund, I simply called to let them know I found glass in a bite. After posting this review I got 4 calls nonstop from the owner (only 1 of which I answered) using degrading language. I wish you the best in your business venture. Luckily this place doesn't require customer service to succeed.

Best Philly cheesesteak I've had outside of Philly! Excellent customer service. Everyone was polite and professional. I highly recommend this establishment. You MUST try the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls! You won't be disappointed!

Great cheesesteaks! Love this place, they have lots of options and even got the cheese wiz, for those who like it. My food comes out on time and the service is great. The owner is sometimes up front and super helpful when navigating the online ordering system. Definitely check this place out if you love cheesesteaks!

The Food was soooooo good and the customer service was excellent. Philly Cheese Steak with onions peppers and provolone. I had half of it with Ketchup and the other half with Mambo sauce!!!! Can't wait to get back there ??

I was craving a Philly and went on DoorDash and found this place. I've had philly sandwiches from multiple places and they've always been just okay. This one though..My delivery was timely and the Philly was absolutely delicious! It was nice and hot, packed with steak from end to end, and perfect seasoning! It was so good I had to call and let the owner know how much I was enjoying it! I didn't catch her name, but she was very courteous and kind and thanked me for letting her know. I am by no means a sandwich connoisseur but when you crave something you want it to be the best..and this was!

Ordered the egg rolls because of other good reviews, and they didn’t disappoint! The cheesesteak pizza fries were also very good. The Philly with cheese whiz is the best Philly I’ve had in Charlotte.

Order 2 cheesesteak sandwiches for me and my son. Sandwich was dry and meat was very salty, mayo was put on top of the meat as if an afterthought. It was not hot as the cheese was not even melted. Didn’t get a thank you or a you’re welcome when I said it. We both just ate a piece of one sandwich, the second one never got unwrapped. Drove 20 mins each way looking for that taste I get in Philly and was excited about Amoroso rolls but this wasn’t good

Food was great but the styrofoam kills the crispiness of the fries and of the egg rolls I wouldn't even mind if mine was in paper bags but overall the food is good the sandwich was amazing I will be back...I didn't ask for a paper bag .... And styrofoam has everything to do with condensation but like I said the sandwich was good the egg roll and the fries weren't crispy
