customer service was so bad... and management was aggressive and rude. I didn't like an item i ordered and was very apologetic about it; but they were harsh about me not liking it and the quality of the FROYO was awful.

The experience wasn't all that bad, my Boba took around 30 seconds to get, nice, cheap, and the staff was really nice and calm. My boba was also pretty good, the Tapioca Balls were splendid too!

Kid-friendliness: Pretty safe, do not recommend giving ages 3 or younger Boba, I believe it is a choking hazard.

Was very skeptical. But I got their chocolate with a bit of coconut and I'm so glad I did. VERY GOOD. Super creamy. Not too icy.
NO SAMPLES are a bummer. But froyo was good.

I purchased a drink from this place and I did not like what I ordered so I requested a refund which I was rudely declined.

Went to fruiticup today for a sweet treat and the service today from the new cashier was great:)! Thank you so much for a great experience.

Customer service alone made me not want to ever return to this establishment. I walked in yesterday wanting an original boba milk tea , the lady was not even trying to understand my order. I was met with passive aggressiveness and hostile energy and decided to walk out instead.
Left very disappointed especially since it was my first time walking into this business.
If you want a sweet treat , I would recommend just going next door, much better service and always patient and understanding there.

Went here for a relaxing midday desert and ended up having a HORRIBLE experience. The staff was RUDE and the owner was as well. I asked for a spoon to sample the vanilla and tart because I didn’t know the difference….they acted as if I wanted to steal..As a paying customer for $10 worth of yogurt, you’d think they’d prioritize customer service. They do not.

Great smoothie. Service was ok. Took way too long to get one smoothie and I had to get back to work. Only three customers.

I recently visited Fruiti Cup Frozen Yofurt with high hopes of enjoying a refreshing boba drink. While the quality of the drink itself was decent, I was deeply disappointed by the overall experience. The manager and employees were very rude and unorganized!Firstly, upon entering the establishment, I was met with a lackluster atmosphere. The ambiance was dull, and the decor felt outdated. It seemed like minimal effort was put into creating a welcoming environment for customers.Additionally, the service left much to be desired. The staff appeared disinterested and indifferent to customers' needs. My order was incorrect so I tried informing them but was met with passive aggressiveness from the manager! I definitely won’t be going back

These people are very inconsiderate especially towards the black community. I would not recommend coming here whatsoever. As soon as I came in the service was extremely rude and there were not understanding at all.I realized that I had been charged for 3 boba drinks when I only ordered 2. I politely told them about it and they only denied and blamed me when it was a miscommunication. It didn’t help that she also had a heavy accent and made no effort to effectively communicate. Very passive aggressive, and as a black woman felt very overlooked. As other people of Hispanic backgrounds came in they were greeted with hospitality. When I came in they looked uninterested and unbothered. Also when I went to order she was on her phone the whole time hence getting my order incorrect. Boba was good tho but not worth the disrespect.
