Fruiticup Frozen Yogurt

I’m sharing a previous interaction I had with this store as my review, since I have yet to receive any response regarding a deeply disturbing experience involving one of their employees. As shown in the screenshots, the company viewed my message but chose not to reply. I’m posting it now because I feel the situation should be acknowledged publicly.

I love me some frozen yogurt. So I had to try this place, and they did not disappoint. They had multiple flavors and toppings. They also serve smoothies, boba, coffee. The facility was super clean and the staff were friendly. Definitely worth a visit!

This place is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, and they serve amazing and fresh juices and yogurts.

Nice atmosphere. It's a vibe. Great spot right by the lake. You have options to sit indoors or out doors. It reminds me of sweet frog with the different yogurt flavors and a variety of toppings from fruit to nuts to candy to brownies. I absolutely enjoyed it. Very refreshing. The ladies were sweet.

Stopped by this cute yogurt shop after having dinner at Boardwalk Billy and loved the experience!
The flavors were fresh and creamy — I tried mango with fresh fruits and it was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet.
The toppings bar was super clean and had tons of options, from fresh fruits to fun candies.

The staff was really friendly and helped with samples so I could pick the right one.
The shop itself had a cozy, cheerful vibe — great for a quick treat or hanging out with friends.
Definitely will be coming back to try more flavors!

They really need sample cups.

Frozen yogurt was okay. Lychee boba was great!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. Just went in to grab a smoothie. After placing my order the lady making the smoothie coughs in her hand not once, but twice then proceeds to make my smoothie without washing her hands. I was immediately disgusted. Once I confronted her and asked for a refund she asked me why and I told her that she coughed in her hand then proceeded to make my smoothie without washing her hands. She said “But I didn’t touch anything”….like what?? Needless to say I got my refund and left.

we came in tonight and all the fruit were covered in multiple little bugs flying everywhere it was so gross i couldn’t eat it and had to throw the cup away. they are all around the fruit and jellies. be careful

customer service was so bad... and management was aggressive and rude. I didn't like an item i ordered and was very apologetic about it; but they were harsh about me not liking it and the quality of the FROYO was awful.

If you're a fan of boba tea, **Fruiti Cup** is a must-visit! Their drinks are always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly refreshing. We highly recommend trying the watermelon, mango, and lavender flavors each one is a delicious treat that hits the spot. The boba is chewy and satisfying, and the balance of sweetness in every sip is just right. My favorite part is definitely the frozen slushee like texture in the drink because you can’t get that in most places. Definitely my favorite boba store. A must go for boba and fro-yo lovers.

The experience wasn't all that bad, my Boba took around 30 seconds to get, nice, cheap, and the staff was really nice and calm. My boba was also pretty good, the Tapioca Balls were splendid too!

Kid-friendliness: Pretty safe, do not recommend giving ages 3 or younger Boba, I believe it is a choking hazard.

Was very skeptical. But I got their chocolate with a bit of coconut and I'm so glad I did. VERY GOOD. Super creamy. Not too icy.
NO SAMPLES are a bummer. But froyo was good.
