Fujo Bistro

Visited here for the first time two nights ago, and if I come back to Charlotte will definitely be back! The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic. We were waited on very quickly, and we had our drinks within two minutes after ordering. Highly recommend, and would definitely go back as a regular if I lived in town.

Jeremy provided great service! General Tsao shrimp was amazing! Sushi was fresh. Apple saki delicious. My new favorite restaurant in the city.

The food was exceptional but the service left a bit to be desired. After significant delay I expected some acknowledgement of it but I'll reserve full judgement until my second visit.

This has been one of my favorite family spots for the last 10 years. The food, service and ambiance has always been great. Week day Lunch time is always crowded due to location and return customers. However, dinner time there's never a wait.

From the first moment you enter that place they give you a pleasant feeling. Very hospitable stuff, it is a happy place to enjoy with friends and colleagues or with your date. Great cuisine, specialist chef, good price and courteous service. Highly recommended.

This is a great place with regular Asian-American cuisine. It fills up fast and does a great take out business. In the nice weather, a few tables outside are available. Know that they charge extra for anything (extra sauce...additional vegetable...extra; and drinks are a whopping $2.50.) The Pad Thai is delicious, but has a red color and tastes different than anywhere else I have had it. Be very clear on the amount of heat you want on your dish when ordering! ENJOY!

This place is great! Reasonable rates, big portions and the staff members are regularly super nice.

Fujo is reliably good for sushi. Never a bad experience in dozens of visits. Bartender and wait staff are always accommodating.

Good food, but the tables are a little close together. It will not stop me e from going back however, the food is worth it.

Good, solid Chinese food experience. I loved the sauce on the sesame tofu, rich and unique. My buddha roll was also delicious. Service could have been better but they were friendly and apologetic. I would eat here again.

Very nice located next to the Hilton. Used a groupon which added value. The food is great!
