We are regulars at the Gallery so we expect a certain standard. Today was underwhelming, ordered sausage which was delivered raw, replaced with a spilt charred chicken sausage. Luckily the Brioche French toast was amazing as always. Being it was his birthday I was disappointed so I mentioned to the waitress that neither were to his liking. She relayed the message to the manager, I believe her name was Caitlin. She walked over to our table and said "is there a problem here?" I was a bit shocked. We had just come from the spa, massages were amazing! Not the best ending to the visit unfortunately.

I booked this restaurant through open table and got confirmation as well. It was 7:00 PM booking and we were about to reach and during 6:55 PM got a call saying they need to cancel my reservation because that place is overbooked. Not sure how come I got the slot if a place is overbooked and during the booking I could see some availability on other slots as well. Anyway , we asked the team if they can manage anything because it was my birthday dinner and it was already time. And , no way we could manage any booking in any nearby restaurant on that night. So, we were ready to wait. The management asked us to wait for about an hour , then they can manage something for us. So we were agreed on that. After an hour, we still did not receive any call. So, we again called the restaurant and that time they completely denied the conversation and said they did not have any available place. Complete mismanagement and horrible staff.Kindly do not waste people’s time and energy with this kind of nonsense. It was already mentioned during the booking that it is for a special occasion and you guys did not even acknowledge that. Very poor service.

Service was good, but food was slightly above average. Steak was very rare and ordered medium rare. No offer to cook up to correct temperature. Desserts were fair at best. Beautiful venue (hotel) but restaurant was average.

We are staying with the hotel and went down to Gallery for breakfast this morning. The wait time was 10-15 mins which is not bad. But once we got called back, we headed back to the front desk of the restaurant. We had two hungry toddlers with us. Everything just seemed very slow with the restaurant. We were standing right by the table that they said was ours. But they just couldn’t get it ready. We waited another 15 mins before we just gave up and left.

Our server was nice but the food was terrible for the price we paid. Seasoning was totally off and bland. Vegetables were dry and very little in the frittata. Really disappointed. We were in a booth facing one busy table. No atmosphere and no view.

We generally love this place - but there's one waiter that is simply not good. We feel terrible saying that but he makes so many mistakes, takes forever to get drinks, pours refills all over the table (even poured water into an apple juice glass). Coffee has ended up in our laps etc. We never raise the flag because he's pleasant enough but this last time we waited an absurd amount of time for drinks (one of which was luke warm coffee). Fella shouldn't be working at peak times - it's brutal. We thought once was a bad day, twice was two bad days, but third visit is clearly an issue.

My first impression was "This is my kind of place"! The front staff were polite and attentive. Our table wasn't ready when we arrived, so we had a seat in the bar. If you're a bourbon enthusiast, this is a great watering hole! Brittany, the bartender, makes a fantastic Old Fashioned! We were seated soon after and enjoyed our brunch fare. The truffle deviled eggs were DEVINE! We both had eggs Benedict. I had mine with crab, and my friend had the traditional. Everything was outstanding! From beginning to end. We will definitely be returning. 10/10

Booked this restaurant upon learning it was rated one of the best restaurants in the world and we were not disappointed. Fantastic food and amazing service. The filet mignon was cooked to a perfect medium and the macaroni and cheese was to die for. We'll definitely be back.

The food was great and dessert was the pumpkin crème brûlée which was outstanding. The service was excellent! My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the smell in the restaurant. The exhaust system was so poor you could smell the kitchen cooking in the dining room. It was so bad my clothes the day after still smell like brussel sprouts.

Outstanding service and the food was very good. I went for lunch after a spa day and was very happy with the server and the food selection. We did not have any alcohol and the lunch bill was a lot. I would definitely recommend but be prepared to pay a lot for a basic salad w/ protein and aoup

Most of the food was good but not great. Appetizers ordered: mussels (very good), burrata and butternut squash salad (good), pork belly (bland and tough). Main courses: scallops (very good), salmon with saffron risotto was bland. Would consider returning for cocktails. Service was very slow - allow 2-2.5 hours for dinner.

I don't typically go to restaurants inside of hotels is there typically overpriced and mediocre. Nice bar area. Everything about the gallery experience was top notch. Pricey but recommend.

They had a fixed price menu for Valentine's Day that on the surface was wonderful, but the execution left you wanting. It felt like a restaurant trying to be a fine dining experience without quite being there yet. Little things but; they served foie gras with the steak but nothing to spread it on (no bread), the spacing between the courses was way too long, the server was clingy and tried to insert herself into our experience when less would have been more, instead of taking our meal away to be boxed, the server brought containers to our table and used our utensils to box up our meal in front of us, and lastly they charged tax on the included gratuity...
