My friends and I had a very pleasant experience at Gilde. The food was delicious, I highly recommend the beef stroganoff and the Bretzel. Everything was very fresh and flavorful. Our server, Kage, was amazing: professional, friendly, and attentive.

This is our new favorite place in Charlotte!! 20/10 - the staff is simply phenomenal - so friendly and knowledable. The food is all spectacular and high quality. And the beers are delicious! Everyone needs to try this place. Special shout out to Robin!!

Nice fun environment. If you like beer, try the beer flights - people at our table had a good time trying the different flavors. Food was good overall. We came after a holiday so the place was quiet but it seems to be a restaurant that has a good upbeat energy with social activities like group games.
