I love Gilde!!! Best service, food, and drinks, thanks to the most amazing bartender Beth! She is so attentive and has helped my boyfriend and I to discover new menu items we wouldn’t have thought to try otherwise! Definitely my favorite German restaurant in Charlotte!

Gilde is the only true German brewery in Charlotte. Its parent brewery is in Hannover, Germany, that has been brewing beer since 1546.

Vegetarian options: They have a wonderful salad.
