I stopped by for lunch recently and had the Red Dragon and Spicy Tuna rolls. Both were very good, I'll be getting the Dragon again and another roll of some kind next visit. The miso soup was good but a little salty for my buds.

We came here before going to a concert in the area. We arrived just before 5. There is a parking lot so that was helpful. It started getting busier the longer we were there. The service was very friendly, and we didn’t lack for refills or being checked on.
I got the cherry blossom roll, and my husband had the Alaska Roll. He was very pleased, because it wasn’t loaded with a ton of rice. My roll was really good as well. He also ordered the sashimi salad and loved it. The presentation was wonderful and everything looked really fresh.
We enjoyed our visit and will be back in November when we have another concert to go to.

Delicious lunch. The Hot and Sour soup was the best I've had in Charlotte. The miso soup was on point. Great broccoli stir fry and sushi rolls. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back. We even took more food to go!

I ordered a Spicy Tuna Roll that on Uber eats said that there was a promo BOGO, And I only received one. I called to ask for the other roll and she said that “there was only one roll on the order, I should have add two” doesn’t make any sense. This is What I received. Also order the Haku Roll. Flavor, 1/10. 0. Service 1/10.
Looks like Publix sushi it’s better than this. Save your money :) You are welcome.

Omg love their sushi and dumplings. By far the best dumplings I've had in Charlotte. I go here every time I get off from work when I work at mercy hospital. Only 2 minutes away driving. Love this place

The quality of the sashimi and nigiri is some of the worst I’ve had. I realize that this is a more budget-friendly option for sushi, but the quality of the fish was so bad that we worried it would make us sick, so we weren’t able to finish. I will not come back.

I recently ordered from here for delivery, the food was really good and the portions were great. I got shrimp lo mein and spicy tuna sushi. The sushi was absolutely delicious and the noodles were good too but just a little lacking in sauce and veggies but the shrimp portion in the noodles was very generous.
Overall a great place that I would recommend.

Never have my husband and I not finished our sushi order. This was terrible. Cold, not fresh, the avocado was brown, the tuna tasted like minced cat food. Very unimpressed and definitely not worth the money. This picture cost $30 before taxes. $6 for those tiny soggy cold vegetable rolls

Last time I ordered I got sloppily made sashimi. This time I odered and got room temperature dumplings. Something has gone wrong at Ginbu.
